Told to pick up flybuys purchases 2 business days later - came back and had to wait 20mins in queue while staff muddled around on their phones while I stood at queue at counter Found out both items were unavailable and that they did not even order one of the items to be transferred Asked to buy a mobile phone and told they no longer had it in stock and that I could buy it in another store or get it transferred to the same store Said no thanks, been waiting for 40mins with 2 kids in car to pick up items and buy a simple mobile phone Don't use pick up at this store - buy online and get delivered ‐- Update, following on from this initial experience I found the store Mgr to be very helpful he even got it shipped to my home at no cost - so while some of the staff were less than great the manager provided very good customer service On that basis I have upgraded my rating to 3 star

Customer service was average. Item I was after was not on display even though the website advised it was in stock. It was found in the warehouse. The person who assisted couldn't give a toss as was only a sale for him. Would only go back if I was desperate.

Newly refurbished, this Moorhouse branch of Noel Leeming is the biggest store in Christchurch. The joining up of the electronic goods and household appliances makes the space more open and inviting. A great selection of items are strategically placed. Very helpful and approachable staff.

Great service, can be a little slow when it's busy but staff are super nice and helpful. If they don't know something they will say. Bought several items off them in the last year. Also the link between the web inventory and the shop inventory is pretty accurate for items I have been shopping for. Good pricing, payment options and warranty etc.

Noel Leeming's had a Easter sale on & I treated myself to a good pair of headphones🎧 that unfortunately were not compatible with my computer & so I returned them. I've always found them good to deal with & I wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again. The shop🏛 here is well set out & clean & tidy & the sales people are polite & know the products well. If they cannot help you with any queries they will get someone else to sort out the answer. Theres plenty of parking 🛺 both disabled 🦼🦽 & the rest 🚙🚘 plus there are 2 parks directly outside the front door that cater for a person loading a car with what they have bought. 📻🎤🎷📱📲☎️ 📟 💻🔌💾

Don't know if I'd call this team "tech experts". They seem to have a real lack of knowledge about the products they're selling. I found I had to Google to find out the info I needed about both the digi cameras and Freeview boxes. Disappointing really.

This is such a cool store, they always have new interactive tech, their smart home set up is like an actual house you can walk into and play around with a bunch of smart products.

Staff is generally amongst the most shocking customer service people I have ever encountered. The young lady that helped me on Thursday was a breath of fresh air, and is the only reason the score is not lower. It is almost impossible to get anybody to help you if you are looking for anything. And that is not because they are all servicing customers.... I avoid this Noel Leeming branch if I can avoid it

Great customer service. I was so impressed. The lady at the counter was very helpful and patient. I went in to buy a TV for my sister who lives in Wellington, so I had to get the TV delivered to a store near her, first I was told it may take a week or two, but after everything was processed the lady said it will be available next day to pick up. Staff was very friendly and they even had a great range of products available. Deals were good and I even got an extra $10 discount, which was a superb deal.

As per my review of Noel Leeming Riccarton, I was looking for a set of spacers to my tv. I walked into the Moorhouse store, explained what I was after to the guy who served me and straight away he started searching for a set and found some in a box. He gave them to me free of charge. This is by far the best customer service that should be the golden standard across all stores.

Recently moved to Christchurch and heavily relying on my phone's GPS. I came here to buy a phone mount for my car. A staff member told me which one he had, it didn't look visually appealing but after I bought it and installed it, it was fantastic. Great service.

Went into this store on Boxing Day with a Christmas gift (purchased there) which had a slight flaw, it was understandably very busy, however the retail manager was friendly, apologetic and quick with a solution, so nice not to feel like an inconvenience. We noticed the staff were all happy, no one was flustered and customers were all being served as quickly as possible, an exceptional experience on the biggest retail day of the year. Thank you :)

I like Noel Leeming for the flybuys and opportunity to price match other stores. Good range of stuff and generally good prices (often they'll cut you a deal even if the item is not on sale). Some staff really know what they're on about and others do not soo... Seek out who's good and stick with them. Overall, well recommended.

This electronic has it all!!! Good staff, great prices compared to competitors and just a nice place to shop. Its always hard to know what to buy when purchasing washing machines and fridges, we are talking thousands of dollars and the staff are so helpful and knowledgeable. Great stuff guys and gals! Good sized store with a good selection of electronics. Really hit and miss here with staff. Sometimes they are very friendly and proactive and work hard to help make sales to you. Other times I have absolutely struggled to find a staff member to help me and have ended up leaving the store without buying anything even though I went in with the intention of buying something. Price match that they do is good and they are not super anal rententive about all the T&C's like some other stores price match which is nice

Great place with offers if you can wait for special sales. The only thing I didn't like was the purple visa, it is really bad and hard to get compared to gem visa, so that the interest free deals. I was offered same deals and longer interest free terms with Gem visa from Harvey Norman. Other than this I recommend this place.

Friendly staff, although one staff member told me 2. Speakers were the same in regards to water resistance where one was water proof and one water resistant which is important if you drop it in a pool by accident. Otherwise a good experience overall and very happy with the product.

This is one of the larger Noel Leeming stores in Christchurch, which is spacious and full of display units of the electronic products. Lots more options to choose from and to try before buying. The staff is friendly and helpful, and I haven't come across [yet] with poor service. The place is clean, neat and tidy throughout, very pleasant atmosphere. Plenty of parking spaces with no time limit. Would I go back? Yes.

Hunted for a replacement fridge/freezer last weekend, checking out the usual suspects around town. I found Jamie (James on my receipt) to be very helpful and not pushy when assisting us, for us that made all the difference. Smooth removal of our old unit, delivery up some stairs of the new one, and removing all the packaging the following weekend by a pair of professional chaps that were very diligent. I was keen to follow up on a feedback sheet that they left, however, texting "NOELS" to 2578 results in "The keyword your specified was not recognized."
