V.Regus is ok as far as shared work spaces go. If you like somewhere that seems super "sterile" - quiet, white, bright and minimal decor - then it's probably the place for you.
Unfortunately, I've previously had far more amazing experiences with the Biz Dojo/Salt being incredibly welcoming, great decor, so many plants, neat spaces throughout and a real sense of community that for me, has set the co-workspace bar so high that Regus don't stand a chance.
