L.I've always had my laser hair removal treatments done at Cosmetic Clinic Riccarton. Their service has always been superb each time I come, regardless of who gets to do my treatments. All our very welcoming and friendly, and makes you feel at home and relaxed. I never had treatments anywhere else because of this. I've also had to reschedule some of my treatments multiple times and none of it has been a pain on my end. If I could rate 100 out of 10, I would've! 😁
J.Always extremely welcoming and friendly. As a male, the experience can be intimidating but the staff at the Westfield Riccarton Cosmetic Clinic have always made me feel at ease. I’ve had multiple technicians perform treatments over the years and each one has thoroughly confirmed my needs and ensured my safety during the appointment. Often I’ve asked for extra treatments or advice and they are always accomodating and helpful. I’ve been part of one training session which was very professional with multiple staff members and the results have been fantastic. I won’t go anywhere else.

s.I love going to cosmetic clinic Riccarton. The place is immaculate! I always struggle with hair growth removal my whole life .upon recommendation from my friends, went to cosmetic clinic to ask about laser hair removal. Guru gave me all the information I needed and guided me what to expect and how this process work .after couple of treatments I notice significant reduction in my hair growth on my legs .this has changed my life as I was dealing with ingrown hairs . Guru is incredible, very precise, perfectionist and full of knowledge. Thank you for looking after me so well

H.I have had a few sessions recently with Ashlee (unsure if that’s how it’s spelt). Ashlee made me feel so comfortable with the entire process and I wouldn’t want to see anyone else, she’s very professional and has a heap of knowledge. Me and a couple of gfs travel up from Timaru to have all our laser sessions with Ashlee and make a day of it.
T.I get all my anti- wrinkle injections done at The Cosmetic Clinic Riccarton, and have great results every time.
The one time, that I felt my results weren’t up to the normal standard, I mentioned it, and she the nurse topped my dose up, and it was perfect. It’s nice to see they care about good results.

I purchased my treatment package in one of their sales for a bargain and over several months have had my sessions and now basically am hair free where I have been receiving the laser. They have exceeded my expectations. I have mostly had sessions with Naomi who is absolutely amazing, always chatty and makes you feel so comfortable. She’s great. T.Hi everyone I just wanted to share my review and experience with the laser clinic in riccarton mall. I have been dealing with a lovely Consultant called Tessa.
she's been amazing and I've had so far four sessions with her and every session has been great. Her energy and the level of care is by far the best i have had. She cares about how i feel and every few minutes she asks about how I'm feeling which is really what you want. Another great thing about her is that she tells me step by step what she is about to do which is very comforting for someone like me who has no idea how each treatment works.
I am getting full leg, Brazilian and underarm done by her and i will be back to do other parts of my body.
I highly recommend her. She is professional and has a great attitude. I recommend her to all my friends and if you need any treatments done ask for Tessa. I promise you wont regret dealing with her.

v.Had my microdermasion done by Krissy. All I can say is that she's the BEST! She's so accomodating and a lovely person inside and out. Khrissy explains well the procedure and ensures that the procedure went well and that no allergic reactions were noted with the use of the products by making follow up calls. S.Having laser hair removal is not something I look forward to, however because the process is completed so quickly I don't mind the small amount of pain for the great results. The clinic is very clean and staff are lovely. Price is very reasonable especially if purchasing on a sale. I wish I had done it sooner.

N.The Cosmetic Clinic Riccarton is great. It’s beautiful and clean, and I feel so welcome when I visit. The salon is convenient because it’s in a big mall, but you can also slip straight out to the carpark if you need to. The staff are all so lovely, they are professional and friendly, especially my technician Janene who is knowledgeable, always explains everything so well and is happy to help with anything I don’t understand. She is careful, precise and confident using all the equipment. She is great at creating a friendly atmosphere and making conversation to distract me from the treatment if it is hurting a little.
A.I had Naomi for my microneedling treatment at the cosmetic clinic in Riccarton and she was amazing. She explained the entire process, provided knowledge, and reassurance of the whole treatment. She really took care of me considering it was my first treatment and had a genuine interest in providing a service that met my needs and the results I want. Highly recommend this place.

r.I have had laser hair removal, injectibles and their 9 step microdermabrasion treatment and recommend everything! The 9 step is amazing, my skin has never looked better. Janene has handled most of my treatments and is wonderful, incredibly knowledgeable and makes you feel like old friends and I wouldn’t trust anyone but Jo with a needle near my face! F.I managed to get an amazing 6 session, whole boday laser treatment deal here last year. I had my last session last month and the results since have been phenomenal!! I haven't shaved since! There are still little patches here and there where I will need to go back, but for the dramatic difference from the first session to the last has been mind blowing. The only thing why I did not give it 5 stars is I didn't get complete understanding snd communication from the beginning and missed out on all areas of my body which was slightly annoying. But overall a life changing experience. I would recommend to everyone!

She was always checking to make sure I was ok and even offered me a blanket! I definitely would recommend Emily and would definitely recommend getting a mircodermabrasion. My skin is super soft and Emily was able to tell me my problem areas and ways to fix them.

I have walked past the place a few times and assumed I wouldnt be able to afford it. However, after word of mouth referral I decided to visit.
My therapist was Naomi who i seriously recommend to all!!!!! She was so friendly, explained everything to me in such detail, answered all my questions (even when i struggled to explain myself she seem to just understand) and she was beyond professional. I never once felt rushed, and was even given the opportunity to take a time out if need be due to my anxiety. Thankfully Naomi eased my anxiety with reasurrance her friendly nature and i felt totally relaxed throughout my session..
If anyone has thoughts about visiting just pop in and talk to any of the friendly staff, i never felt pressure to commit and i spoke to a total of 5 staff all of whom where approachable, friendly and down to earth!
TOTALLY RECOMMEND TO ALL, and believe its worth every penny to visit...

C.I had a Pigmentation Peel, to reduce pigment on my cheeks, chin and forehead. These areas went quite red, however the technicians explained that it is normal, my skin is feeling really nice, quite blushed. Will definitely be back to see the girls!!

M.Yesterday I visited The Cosmetic Clinic Riccarton for a red vein procedure. As I have aged these have become more visible so wanted to see if they could be made less. The procedure was fabulous, this morning I have already noticed significant improvement and altho' I was warned this is a slightly more painful procedure than I have had previously it was just fine. Slight pain but nothing you can't bear and the improvement is almost instantaneous. This morning I have minor red texture on 2 of the area's but the bruising, redness or blistering I was warned may happen hasn't. As usual the team at Cosmetic Clinic Riccarton informed me of all the possible side effects of the treatment and made me very comfortable re the outcome. A follow-up call this morning as expected - fabulous work thanks team xxxx

T.Its great that they have the latest and greatest laser hair removal machines but the recovery cream they sell is terrible. I was basically told it is an absolute must buy but after using it and reading the ingredients, it is mainly just an overpriced tube of squalane which smells absolutely awful. The atrocious smell transfers onto my clothes so I even need to plan my outfits accordingly to make sure I wear old tops for a few days after the treatment. Other than that the results are awesome.
