I was served by a lovely lady named Jane at the Travelex in Riccarton Mall in Christchurch. She patiently and apologetically explained the new requirements as although i have used this service at this location a couple of times a year all my details had been wiped from the system. Her amazing customer service saved and made the entire experience for me. Good luck finding more similarly gifted employees! Thank you Jane.

Smooth transaction with Jane when I sent my money to my brother in Taiwan. Would definitely recommend to everyone. Plus the fees were extra low here. Perfect.

Gimhani was really helpful with my transactions and helped me with all the things I need to do. She was very friendly and kind.

Sunny is amazing and the only reason that this process was a pleasant one! She was so happy and friendly and explained everything about all the processes. The rest of the staff here are rude and should learn from Sunny. Also, when you are receiving money, it doesn't say anywhere that you need to provide your phone number or proof of address, so maybe update it on the website if this is the policy now.......it would save so much grief, not to mention time and petrol money 🙄! Sunny deserves a payrise!! 🤑😊

This morning I went for a money exchange, and the girl who serve me (GIMHANI) did an excellent service for me. I was in rush and she did a very quick and very friendly service for me. this is one of the best customer service, I got treated after long time. Thanks for understanding the customer Gimhani.

I had a very positive experience today with Gimhani. She was very friendly, explained the entire process so I understood why she wanted the documents she requested to receive funds via Western Union and just very professional and prompt at her job. Highly recommend this Travelex store A+++++.

I was pretty annoyed having to come here, multiple times, trying to receive my funds from western union. The previous staff members weren’t very warm. But Gimhani managed to save the reputation of this store, in my eyes, by providing excellent customer service.

Highy recommended to this store. It took me three goes to send money home but refunded and I had to go back to the post office to get the refund. They refused to give me my money. Such a waste of time. If you want to send/receive money from western union, please go straight to this store. Thanks Gimhani Perera for your awesome service.

I was on travelex in westifiel today and I got excellent service from Ruwani, the best service in town

I have used this Travelex a few times now and have been impressed with the level of customer service and professionalism that I've experienced. Out of all the exchange places I have interacted with (which is a lot), by far my best experience has been here with Ahbi, so much so that it is now I only place I will use again. He's always friendly, professional, well presented, helpful and patient with those that need assistance. All in all just a great customer service representative for any company to have working for them and combined with the convenience of the location and hours they run I highly recommend using here if you need to exchange any currency. 5 stars.

I went in for sending money to India through travelex and Ruwani was the representative at that time. She welcomed me with a sweet smile and gave an excellent service. I had many doubts is sending money through an agent since it was my first time but she answered me with a big smile always!

Staff are always going out of their way to make the customer happy and satisfied of the services they offered. One staff named Abhi is always going out of his way to help me. He is professional and always has good customer service. I'm lucky that I live close to the mall where Riccarton Travelex is as they are easy to deal with. Their fees are cheaper than any other money agencies to send money to families abroad through Western Union.

I was looking for Western union service to send money to my family urgently as I know most of western union services are closed from postal. Then I Looked at Travelex in Westfield mall and met Abhi( Travelex agent) i have been served very professional and friendly service from him. He has excellent communication skill for customer. ABHI AT WESTFIELD RICCARTON MALL CHCH he is amazing, at first he doesnt want to release the amount that i am receiving as its quite big, but with the help of his understanding and kindness he did it for me...He is good and very understandable i explained to him my situation as i need to travel back and fort from travelex airport to travelex riccarton and its tiring already..I will never make this long but he is amazing and he understand me..I salute you and continue that attitude...WESTERN UNION SHOULD GIVE YOU AN AWARD!!
