M.I had a few locks requiring attention, and Joe was quick to come back with an initial quote via email, with very competitive pricing. He also quoted inclusive of GST, which was helpful in understanding the total cost, and this is not something always done within the industry.
When Joe arrived at the property he was friendly and quick to review the items, with no attempt to sell additional services that would not deliver meaningful results. In fact, he recommended a better (for our needs) and cheaper door handle than one we had initially looked at.
The work was carried out professionally and we were very happy with the end result. I would certainly use Joe / Essential Locksmiths again, and will be recommending to friends who may need work done in the future.
