As a student they made buying a bed not only affordable but super convenient and easy!! The staff were super lovely and helped me choose a mattress that was perfect for me, would highly recommend! - They also had student friendly stock in store so was perfect for last minute buyers like myself

The staff were so friendly, we were greeted as we entered the store. I got some pillow protectors and a mattress protector, the whole experience was so easy and painless, and as a student moving into a new flat it took so much stress off my shoulders! Highly recommend

First place we went to to look at beds for our daughter. Welcomed and asked if we needed assistance. After we looked around ourselves the awesome Store Manager or b owner? with fantastic orange hair proceeded to come over and approach us in a different way. She asked us if we knew the difference between the beds. We were intrigued and for the next 30 minutes she listened, and explained and showed us the beds. She wasn't pushy but she really knew her stuff. We ended up buying a $2.5k bed for our daughter and would definitely recommend Bedpost. Great knowledge and service! !

Cathy and her team were an absolute pleasure to deal with, we tried many beds until we found the right one through Cathy's guidance for our comfort level.

Outstanding service by Kathy and the team at Bedpost Dunedin. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new bed. Vary rare these days for retail staff to actually take the time to get to know you and find your needs and wants. Thanks again guys.

We bought a bed online from Bedpost Dunedin for our student son who was going into his first year of flatting. The service, communication - including texts, emails and numerous phone calls - was outstanding. A fantastic example of a well run and reliable business with helpful staff and great, reasonably priced, product.

Perfect bed. So comfortable. We will definitely buy another bed from Bedpost again. Customer service 10/10.

Great service. Staff patiently took the time to let us try out half the mattresses before we made a choice. Delivery and take-away of the old mattress service was much appreciated too.

What can I say but we had the best service possible, got a great sofa bed purchase, good price and they helped get my purchase the same day. Fantastic. Will return for our new matrasses shortly, because they were so good.
