I took my Apple Watch in to get a new screen. Instead of the two days quoted, a crucial part of the machine used to repair was broken and we had to wait for a new part. Cameron kept me updated throughout the process and offered me a discount as the job took much longer than expected. I was very happy with the service and would 100% recommend them to others.

Went in willing to pay for an expensive repair to an old IPhone, had great service with a quick turnaround and was told that there was a cheaper option. If the cheaper option didn't work then it would act as a credit on a more expensive fix. These guys are highly recommended

Excellent service. The technician explained exactly what was wrong with my phone and how the fix would happen. Seriously these guys are super Geeks when it comes to technology as everywhere else I took it before said it couldn't be fixed. I got it back the next day just like new and he halfed the Bill..!!! Definitely 5 stars. Highly recommend. (one year later) Had my Battery in my Samsung Galaxy Edge 6 needed to be changed, I went to a new Phone fixer here in Dunedin and the quote was $80 to $100 bucks, I thought Dang!! then I remembered Phone Surgeons and took it up to them, and they fixed it and it cost me $20 dollars!!! Mate, couldn't believe the other stores Quotes, Only using Phone Surgeons from now on, Honesty is what is needed when dealing with people and Phone Surgeons are Honestly the Best in the City. 10 Stars...!!!

UPDATED REVIEW - I went back to have my screen done under warranty, and i am exceptionally pleased with the work and service provided. They won't over and beyond to ensure that nothing would hinder the screen, by replacing the outer frame of my phone, incase this was the previous fault. As per before i was happy with the speed and screen completion. Thank you again for your cooperation ORIGINAL REVIEW - I went into dunedin branch to get my Huawei Nova e3 screen replaced. The service was quick and for a good price, and i was happy with the completion. The drop of service was a little odd, we were told to fill in the contact form on a tablet and to leave the phone on the side, the gentleman then left and went back into the backroom with no explanation or rundown of what would be done. The issue i have though, is that after 4 days the screen cracked, there was no pressure or force caused, so i am unsure of the quality of the screens they use. When contacting them about this, as i feel there should be some service guarantee for a period, i was informed it wasn't an original screen, and therefore they aren't liable,I could have a small discount on a new screen. When contacting back to let them know how it happened and that it seems the screen was defective and I'm not liable, i recieved no further response. I have concerns of paying for a new screen again that could be poor quality and break again. More communication would be appreciated

Very Good to deal with. My phone had been dropped in water and Phone Surgeons had a look at it to see if it could be resurrected. He kept me very well informed and gave me great advice on the outcome. He came across as decent and honest and I would definitely use them again.

Cameron is reliable, timely and communicative. I had a broken screen which then had issues once he repaired it. Cameron contacted the manufacturer and handled the issue, being a problem with the repair screen, not his work. My phone is good as new now. Great service.

What spectacular service! Very thorough and honest. Fantastic service, I had an urgent problem after being ripped off my Mac Ops in queenstown when they gave me a dud screen. Phone Surgeons gave me a new, proper screen with a screen protector in under 40 minutes as I was pressed for time. Very grateful for the quick and considerably cheaper service they provided.

I sent my phone to Phone Surgeons in Dunedin after receiving an outrageous quote from a similar business in Invercargill to replace a cracked front glass face of the phone. Phone Surgeons quoted half the price and therefore winning my business. That is "Good value" in my estimation of pricing, followed by "Professional" and "Responsive" dealings in the leading up to getting the phone couriered to Dunedin and the informative, timely manner that ensued in advising arrival, commencement of repairs and finally the dispatchment via courier back to Invercargill. The final replacement of the glass cannot be faulted except for the protective film which I had seperately ordered for the front glass had bubbled, likely from the packaging, in it's return to me. However, Phone Surgeons gave me an option to return the phone to replace the protector film or receive a refund discount for the inconvenience, so you can't ask for more than that. Overall I am well satisfied with Phone Surgeons and would not hesitate in using them again or in recommending them to whomever require repairs to their phone.

The best, most honest customer service experience. The person who served me quoted between $55 - $120 for repair of my iPhone 6s. He was able to clean the connection which fixed the problem rather than replacing the part and only charged $20 for labour with a fast turn around time. Its great there are still honest reliable business around and they will be my first port of call if I have any other phone related issues. Highly recommended.

Super friendly, same day turnaround and great price on quote - fixed my DJI Mavic Air controller charging port that had become damaged and would not charge. Replaced port with new usb plug that is a lot more sturdy and actually works. Got me flying again!

I have A Sony Xperia Z5 Compact, the battery of which is difficult to get to. I contacted Phone Surgeons and they emailed me a courier label. I sent the parcel on Thursday afternoon and had the phone back by Saturday, complete with a new glass back, which had cracked. I paid by bank deposit and it couldn't have been easier. The team at Phone Surgeons are fantastic!!! Sent my phone from Christchurch to Dunedin on Tuesday and received it back on Thursday! I completely smashed up the screen of my iPhone 5 and it has come back better than new! They have been in great contact with me, letting me know exactly where things are at with the courier and the repair. They even supplied me with a new screen protector! I thought sending my phone to Dunedin was going to be a hassle but they made the whole process easier than having to take it into a shop. Great service, well priced and a fantastic team to deal with. I received 3x emails telling me status of the repairs of my phone, this was great to see, but I never read any of those emails till I got my phone back. PHONE SURGEONS need to find best method to update customers as email may not be the best option but it is a very good start

When I rang iresurrect and asked if they could repair my Sony Z4 tablets broken screen they told me they couldn't and pretty much hang up on me. Well I thought it was unrepairable because of the age of the tablet but thought I'd ring Phone Surgeons just on the off chance I was wrong. When I rang them they told me it was easily possible. Fast and effective service, not that I plan on damaging any of my tech in the future but if I do I'll be going back to Phone Surgeons

From Passage to Dunedin, I see phone repair repair in 1 hour. I inquire, I leave my phone and miracle the next morning I get my phone like new. De Passage à Dunedin, je vois phone surgeons réparation en 1 heure. Je me renseigne, je laisse mon téléphone et miracle le lendemain matin je récupère mon téléphone comme neuf.
