AMAZING! I called over the phone to book, and was able to get in the next day. From the moment I walked in, Dom greeted me and my dog with absolute care and love. He was knowledgeable and thorough in making sure he understood exactly what I wanted to achieve with my Mini Australian Shepherd. He knew the right type of haircut to give him to clean him up, clean out some of the matting behind his ears, clean into his actual ears, clean up his paws, and get him looking as fresh as possible! I’ve had some bad haircuts with him before so I was a little nervous, but he came out looking SO GOOD! He smelled amazing, his fur was so soft, the haircut looked perfect and kept the integrity of his Aussie coat. He has some separation anxiety, and they let him play around in a supervised area after the haircut to relax. When I picked him up, I could see how visibly happy and comfortable he was at this groomer. I can’t recommend this place enough! 10/10!

Best groomers in Dunedin! They always do a great job and are very flexible with pick up times when needed. My dog, Poppy, loves his groomer! I’ve been taking my dog here for 1 year now and always have a great experience ❤️

Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a grooming place for your dog. I have been here twice and every time my dog comes out looking fresh and smelling absolutely amazing. They know what they are doing. Thank you Dom for taking care of my dog. I will definitely keep coming back

Dom does a great job on our dogs. He certainly makes friends with all the pooches.

Very Nice Man. Always helps me get Benji out of my car as I can't move very well. So glad there is a groomer so close by now. Great to see the same groomer over and over again. Use to go somewhere else and Benji would be groomed by different people everytime which I didn't like. But here Dom is always there 🙂

Amazing personalised service. The groomer was really gentle and caring towards our puppy. She had some really bad knots due to lockdown and he took his time with her to ensure she stayed calm. Definitely recommend.

My yorkie is only 1 year old and this is the first and only place where he has been groomed. I love how Dom works on his grooming, paws, and specially his ears. I really like this place, happy I found it and will go back anytime!

This place is brilliant. The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble and always go that extra mile. Always give good advice. My dog comes out gleaming after his pampering. Been bringing Milo here since he was a wee pup Wouldn't go anywhere else

100% recommend Powderpuff! Such a relaxed calm area and Karen loved her first ever grooming experience. She went in smelling like death and came out smelling and looking amazing. We will definitely be back again!
