Have dealt with these people over a few years and always had a good outcome. Somethings you buy a lot cheaper because it may have a small ding in it. Recently upgraded our kitchen so bought a stove and dishwasher off them. Dishwasher had an error problem after a month or so, rang them and they sent out a service man to repair it. a month later the problem re- appeared,so yesterday a truck arrived and replaced the whole unit. Cannot beat their contact and service 10 stars. Not often you can find a seller who backs their products. Full respect to these guys. Much appreciated, Brian Thompson, and Judy Holmes.

Just bought a new washing machine through this appliance plus, travelled all the way from Te Kuiti to pick up as we’d called all others and Hamilton branch was the only one that had the washer we wanted in stock. The whole process was easy and pleasant and over in under 30 mins. We dealt with Wiki who we cannot fault on anything she’s bloody awesome at her job and a real character that made the transaction amazing. 10/10 service and would highly recommend this Appliance Plus. Chur Wiki you were excellent.

Ordered a brand new TV that was new to the country. This appliance plus didn't have it in store but ordered it specially after I had phoned in and asked so I could pick it up as Waiheke island was the only store in Auckland (I'm not going to pay $200 extra for the car ferry to pick it up). I ended up having a pleasant transaction with Wiki, she was very lovely and informative the whole way through and now I'm very happy with the experience as they knew all about it as soon as I mentioned my name in store. Why don't we have more Appliance Plus stores in NZ as this is Kiwi Owned, we should support our local businesses. Well done Wiki and the team @ Appliance Plus Hamilton :)
