I’m excited to see the results of my laser hair removal treatment. It’s my first time trying anything like it, so I was very nervous! ( I’m normally a low maintenance kinda gal! Haha) My therapist was kind and reassuring which really helped, especially as I’m a mature age woman who’s new to beauty therapy of any sort. Thank you Clear Skincare Chartwell, I look forward to my next session.

Clear Skincare Clinic Chartwell are THE BEST Skin treatment clinic ever! The treatments are SO targeted, affective and use top-quality products! I am completely sold! On top of this, the customer service is INCREDIBLE! Charlotte is ever Amazing Mikyla is so lovely and Kate... =) is SECOND TO NONE!!! I've been partaking in a number of procedures at Clear Skincare Chartwell for the last couple of months. And love the results so far. All the ladies at Clear Skin are friendly and approachable. I like to stick with the same person each time I visit. Charlotte is an absolute delightful young lady, and has provided me with excellent care and service. Charlotte is extremely knowledgeable in regards to procedures available. The suncream they sell is my favourite. I'm yet to try different products. I've been to a number of different beauty clinics over the years, but this place stands out for me. Definitely five stars for the lovely Charlotte too.

I had my first treatment today, after trying almost every facial, treatment, product under the sun, I was keen to find out what was on offer with this clinic. The team did not disappoint, Summer was my consultant and I could tell immediately she knew her stuff, expertly suggesting the best treatment after a thorough consultation. Together with Nina she then recommended the best products from the range available and I had no hesitation in rebooking next month for another facial. I still can not get over how smooth and soft my skin feels! I would highly recommend a visit to the clinic, you will be impressed!

I've been getting facials for years. By far the best place to go. They never push you to buy their products which makes you feel like value you. Highly recommend this clinic. I had a consultation with Lakoi and it was the best experience, she made me feel so comfortable and thoroughly explained the whole process to me, she gave ne great advice about my skin care and what treatment and products were good for my skin. I purchased some of the products that she suggested for my daily skin routine and i can already feel the difference in my skin. Amazing service! I recently saw Lakoi for my second session at the Chartwell Clinic. She was friendly and welcoming, she was super thorough and made me feel super comfortable. I felt informed during the whole process, I would highly recommend her as your therapist.

A beautiful new clinic...the team offer a free skincare analysis discussing any concerns I had. I felt so comfortable with the microdermabrasion experience and underarm laser treatment. Don’t feel nervous if you have any skin issues as the girls are really friendly, caring and really want to help you have the best skincare!!! Loved my time there and look forward to continuing further treatments suggested by them.

Auckland is currently in Level 4 Lockdown and I am running out of serums, I got in touch with someone I know from the Newmarket Clinic and she advised Hamilton can courier me some products. I called through and got Charlotte who was more than helpful! She advised they currently can't accept payments via Eftpos terminal over the phone however, Afterpay was an option. Not only was she helpful and patient, but she provided an alternative way for paying so I could complete the transaction immediately. To add to it all, not only was the interaction great over the phone but the delivery was the quickest domestic delivery ever! Order was placed around midday yesterday and I received it this morning at 11am. Couldn't be happier, nice to still receive such immaculate service under current circumstances. Cheers Charlotte!
