a.I bought a queen size mattress in medium. I was a bit nervous about spending money on a new mattress without seeing/feeling the mattress first and having no idea which firmness would be the right one for me.
The service was great I ordered the mattress and received it the following week, my messages were always promptly, clearly and politely answered. The mattress is great, very comfortable, I'm sleeping well. I will definitely go back when I need to buy again. Thank you.

J.Bloody good bed. I brought a medium king with base draws and head board. Bed is nice and soft and feels supporting. Probably closer to a plush in sleepyhead standards. Wake up feeling refreshed and not sore like my old one. Quality appears great. Service was super fast seeing the bed delivered to my door 2 days after it was ordered was unexpected and great. Would call it a better buy than the same bed from major brands.

I would like to let you and the team know my experience I had with you all from ordering my bed to phone conformation about the bed and delivery. Your customer service was excellent, I ordered a California king Luxury Orthopaedic Medium bed with head board and with my husbands advise standard legs as he wanted to vacuum under the bed, our choice but I wouldn’t recommend it to any one with back, leg or getting on in age as it’s high to get on the bed.
As for the bed it self it is wonderful, I have the best sleep ever and room to spread even my husband comes to bed and is asleep early. And has said I done good getting our bed. Family and friends who have visited us have all asked where did you get your bed and I tell them so hopefully you get more customers from us.Thank you all once again for your wonderful customer service.

a.We brought a super king bed with draws and headboard online with out testing it from luxury orthopaedic beds - solely based on reviews alone (I never do this) so pleased to say we love our bed it’s super comfortable and feels like I’m sleeping on a cloud. Literally look forward to going to sleep. Best decision we have made.
M.We purchased the super king bed with headboard - sight unseen and untested. I love a hard bed and hubby likes a soft bed. We went with the medium and it has well exceeded our expectations. We both find it extremely comfortable and so do the cats and our dog - the dog has never slept in our bed but we can’t keep her of our new bed! The service from the team was amazing. Very helpful, very professional and great at answering my questions. The bed was dispatched very quickly and when I decided I wanted the shorter legs they too were sent quickly. We’ve now had our bed for 2.5 months and when the other beds in the house need replacing we will be back.

B.I had been looking into a new bed for awhile, we needed something that would be supportive as we both have bad backs and also value for money. Most beds I looked into that fit what we needed were going to be $$$ which we just could not afford. When I came across the luxury orthopedic beds I finally talked husband into going to check them out.
It was a trip well worth it. We ended up going home with a king size bed in firm. We have been sleeping on it for over a month now and our sleep has been so much better, we liked the fact the firm was still cushy yet very supportive and I still feel it was the best one to go for. Highly recommend these beds.

We've been in the market, looking for a replacement bed, for a couple of months now, and had been suffering from decision fatigue. The market is flooded with all different makes, models, features, prices etc. and it is simply overwhelming in my opinion. I happened to be speaking to a family friend about looking for a new bed, and they recommended we look at the Luxury Beds website. The web portal (online store front) was easy to use, and allowed me to fully customise my chosen bed (which was great!). Then, the quality of the bed itself was superb. To be honest, we should have bitten the bullet and replaced our (20 y/o) bed much, much sooner. All-in-all, we're really pleased we went with Luxury Beds.

J.These beds do not disappoint! At first I was apprehensive because purchasing a brand new bed is quite a big investment. After the first night's sleep though, any worry went straight out the window. For the first time in years I woke up completely refreshed even though I slept for the same amount of time as normal. I usually wake up with some kind of ache but haven't since I got my new bed. Also haven't had any pain from my lower back injury since buying. 10/10 would recommend!

T.I sent an email enquiry at 1645 and was called 5 min later. It was so easy to order, and they were very efficient and friendly over the phone. I got my super king bed delivered a week later, they sent a txt in the morning to confirm, and they did non contact delivery into my garage. It was easy to set up and I’m glad I went for the short legs as I like to sit on the edge of the bed and still reach the floor. We’ve had the bed for a month now and it’s the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in. I’m a side sleeper and medium feels perfect. My only regret is not buying it sooner!

D.Well it took me awhile to get down to Hamilton to go see the orthopaedic luxury bed that I had seen on Facebook for a while now .Well we were just blown away with the quality and selection of beds in the warehouse that morning ,but it didn't take long before we were able to make it happen and we brought the super king size bed with a headboard and the drawers underneath for more storage and The staff down there made the whole process very easy on the day and Yes We were talking about this all the way home to Orewa were We Live and just a few days later we were sleeping on Cloud 9. The word “luxury” says it all, we travel around the world ( b4 covid) Staying in many hotels, and this mattress would be one of the best I have slept on.The medium, I would describe as a soft medium. Prior to this we had tempura memory foam But I found I was getting a sore back ( contrary to the advertising) but with luxury orthopaedic I have not had one ache or niggle. I love it.
A.2 weeks ago we purchased queen bed with drawers in base. We purchased based on all the reviews without seeing the beds. I contacted a buyer and asked his honest opinion. His positive feedback led us to purchase. Brought bed had it delivered about 6 days later. So comfortable, drawers are great and easy access. No more tossing and turning, we both sleep well through the night which has been a first for a long time. We even slept in our second night with the new bed. Our only issue we have is that we don't want to get out of bed in the morning.

P.Yay... after visiting Kim many months ago to trial what bed we wanted to buy for our new home, we finally placed the order and had it delivered in the early hours of the morning earlier this week by one very dedicated driver making his way down to Wellington :) The wait was so worth it. The bed is amazingly comfortable and big enough for us two humans plus the two four legged fur babies that also take over our bed. Thanks Kim and the team for our lovely bed :)

N.Absolutely amazing!! We bought 2 beds a while ago and it was the best decision we made. I sleep so much better and my aches and pains have disappeared! We no longer get disturbed by each other's movements during sleep. Kim is a wonderful person to deal with and I highly recommend this company to anyone who is seeking a great night's sleep.
