k.I was a first time customer at Mali's today (so I was paying extra attention to the way they operated). I treated myself to a full head of foils and a cut. The ladies were busy BUT their level of professionalism, kindness and efficiency did not lack. The conversation was good and the atmosphere was lite. l have naturally dark thick hair and the ladies done all the right things. I love the results. I will be going back for sure.
