My usual clinic was in Auckland. I came to Centre place for some correction on my wrinkle treatment and haven't left. The team are friendly welcoming and sincere. I'm always more than happy with my results I never need numbing and feel like I'm visiting an old friend. Love this clinic!

My 17 year old daughter has been getting treatment on her back for acne, Charlotte has been looking after her. I cannot say enough good things about this lovely young lady, she made my daughter comfortable from the start. She is kind and explains everything she does, highly recommend 👌

Highly recommend the Centre Place Cosmetic Clinic! I’ve been coming to this clinic for over a year now getting laser hair removal and everytime I always leave super happy. The staff are always so lovely and welcoming. I’ve been with Chelsea from day one and she is the absolute best! She always make sure I’m comfortable during the entire process and always goes the extra mile. We always have a good little chat and catch up whenever I’m there, she makes sure I have all the information I need and always answers every annoying little question I have about skin care and laser 😂 I’m grateful to have found a clinic with the most amazing staff

I got laser hair removal treatment done. The staff at this store are so friendly and helpful. The store looks welcoming and is very tidy. My beauty therapist who done my treatment was Dawn, who is such a bubbly and professional person, I highly recommend her to anyone wanting to try any of the treatments. I can’t wait to start seeing the results from the treatments I am getting!

Trish assisted me with my laser hair removal treatment and she was awesome and informative! I got a brazilian, underarm and full legs treatment and such areas of the body can be a little embarrasing to expose. She made me feel comfortable and less anxious. She asked me if I was okay, whether I was warm enough as these areas of my body were exposed and days have been getting colder. She was also very cool to talk to and can hold a conversation. I am very pleased and happy with my treatment today and even more happy that Trish assisted me. I hope she does my next treatment too :) Thank you so much Trish and The Cosmetic Clinic!!!

A friend recommended the laser hair removal services at The Cosmetics Clinic. I have completed 5 sessions with Rangi and what a great experience. Rangi is amazing, she takes the time to understand her customers needs and expectations and clearly explains the product's and procedures before and during the sessions. Chelsea is super lovely, caring, professional and REALLY makes you feel at ease! She also remembers you and provides good informative advice :) The clinic is clean and tidy, and the procedure itself is painless. I have been seeing some great results and I very much highly recommend this place!

Keri is amazing! She has done all of my laser hair removal and I am so happy with the results! She makes you feel super comfortable. Aly is great too, super happy with my lips. I won’t go anywhere else for these services as they are such a great team!

I went in for a microdermabrasion facial and as soon as I walked in you notice how clean and well set out everything is, you’re always greeted with a smile and asked if you need help with anything such great customer service. I always go with my mum to her appointments specifically with Dawn she’s a wonderful staff member. She very positive polite and informative, I always book my appointments with her. Overall their staff is so welcoming and very helpful I highly recommend coming here.

It was my first time having laser at the cosmetic clinic and it was such a great experience! I got the braz and underarm package and I cant wait to keep going back! CHELSEA is amazing!! I find some of my skin issues & facial hair abit embarrassing; this woman has the type of personality that naturally makes you feel at ease with the process & made me feel “normal” for my facial hair & all hair removal in future I will be doing, not to mention the accuracy & care taken. Chelsea is professional & informative whilst still having a laugh with me & I always leave smiling. Perfect balance of professionalism & personality. I won’t be changing locations as long as she is there to do my treatments ☺️ 10/10 (the service not listed is that we do my inner thighs with laser to try fix a problem the dermatologist suggested I try that as well as being rid of pesky thigh hair)

The girls are absolutely amazing!! So kind and caring and they always remember what you've talked about the previous time and reference back to it. Highly recommend. I had been thinking about getting laser hair removal for years and finally went for it. Im seeing the results I had hoped for and I'm happy with it. Chelsea is great, she has made the process so comfortable. I have also seen her for facials and she does a wonderful job.

I had my micro needling twice with Keri, she is really great and professional. I can see the result immediately after the first treatment ( i went to other facial studios for micro needling before, more expensive and no improvement). She also gives me a lot of useful after care advice and great customer service! I am sure i will continue my regular facial routine with her. Highly recommend her! Also their price is reasonable and friendly staffs!

I went in to The cosmetic clinic at centre place today for a free observ 520 skin analysis with Charlotte. For the first time in my life I've finally been given answers to my terrible skin and finally understand what is wrong with it and what it needs to improve. Charlotte was absolutely amazing and recommended affordable products to start me off with, gave me some amazing advice and I'm super excited to get my skin at it's best. Can't believe it took this long to realise what's going on with my skin. I'm 29 and studied beauty therapy 8 years ago, so I know how to care for my skin but have never known what lays beneath all the layers of my skin and what the real issue is (I have so many skin issues 😭) but super grateful I finally know. I've highly recommended this to my family and friends so they don't go through years of trial and error like me. I can't wait to use the products recommend , come back and visit again for treatments and hopefully fulfill my lifelong dream of clear skin 🤞

I had my first laser treatment today with the lovely Kasen, and it was overall a smooth and comfortable experience. She explained the procedures step by step and helped arrange my future appointments as well. The treatment area was very clean and the equipments were topnotch. Loved how the laser machine had cold air which made the procedure painless. Definitely recommended!

The cosmetic clinic have the BEST staff. There is never a time you aren't greeted with a smile or a friendly catch up - especially when you are in on a regular basis. Chelsea always goes above and beyond to find the best outcomes for my appointments and I couldn't see myself ever going anywhere else as the treatment you receive as a client is next level.

I had a free consultation with Keri with my skin problems before Cosmetic Clinic opened in Centre Place and she did an amazing job explaining, assessing and recommending products for me and I've been using the products since then. She did another assessment a couple of weeks after to see any changes and we talked about which treatment is best suited for me. She is very professional, friendly and with great customer service! I have always had an issue with my skin tone and redness. I have rosacea on my nose and cheeks. I phoned up the cosmetic clinic to ask what they could offer to fix this issue. I have been to previous places in the past, literally spending thousands to try and fix the same issue to no avail. Ngaire has been amazing from the start. She’s incredibly informative and I’m already seeing results from the laser treatment, 2 down, 4 to go! I’m excited about seeing the change in my skin as my journey progresses.

When I first came to the clinic I had a lot of hair growth, my skin was very sensitive so every time I had to shave it was a pain! We've been now working on laser hair removal and after the 10th sesh, all I have to say is how happy I am with the result! I almost have no hair growing anymore and can't wait to see the final result on my 12th sesh! Great treatment prices and friendly staff. Highly recommend

I had lip fillers done by Aly on the 19th. Aly is amazing at making you feel 100% comfortable, I’m quite scared of needles and prefer to have someone with me when dealing with them but due to covid restrictions only patients were allowed in the room... Aly settleD my nerves very quickly. She asked me questions I hadn’t been asked about the look and goals I wanted to achieve with my lips- this was my second time getting them done (first time wasn’t with Aly). I would hand down return to have them done again by her! She was very friendly, informative and know what she’s doing when it comes to enhancing your natural features while still achieving your goals! Just had the most amazing Photo rejuvenation treatment with Ngaire! Amazing results straight away. The machine far supercedes any other laser I've been treated with. Ngaires education and professionalism is top notch. If you're looking to get rid of pigment this is the place to go

Aly is friendly and personable along with being one of the world's best injectors. She's made me look fresh and youthful but still natural. The nurse here is incredible! I went in with concerns about my “gummy smile.” I have always been self conscious especially when I see photos of me smiling as I can see so much more gum than I would like. Aly the nurse was super friendly and understanding. She explained everything in a easy way I’d understand. I’m so happy with the results. And it was so much cheaper than I thought!
