L.Our second show at The Meteor Theatre and again it did not disappoint! Love the intimacy of the venue, prices are always good and staff are super friendly and helpful

R.Saw the Assasins. Not sure i like avant-garde. Got hot in there and seat was bit tough on rear end. BUT majority of folk loved it.

Would recommend finding a car park close by early and also bringing a cushion for your seats.
The bar is good for a beer or non alcoholic drink, but pricey but worth while.
Also would recommend dressing cool because it get hot real fast especially if it's a full house, ventilation is a bit of a factor.

D.The Meteor is a fantastic venue. Such a good environment and friendly people. Went along for our first post-Covid show and they had plenty of tracking posters.

N.A great little theatre. Had all the neccessities, a relaxed yet ecclectic atmospheric environment. Basic food / beverages available. Awesome set theatre seating up to 80 ppl. Easy access helped by an easy access carpark. Totally recommend.
L.This is about the best you can get in Hamilton but at the budget end of what a theatre would offer. Drinks are expensive and warm. There is no pre theatre ambience so you are best to head down the road for a pre theatre drink and catch up. Theatre is the usual tiered chair configuration with the chairs being the basic kind not cushioned kind. Overall it is ok, the performances are good. Can't wait for riverside theatre to open though!
S.Loved the show we saw Olive Copperbottom. Theater is lovely. Friendly staff, comfy seats with a good view, lots of choices of food and drinks. Heaps of parking available.

B.Just saw the final performance of The Heathers and ibwas totally go smacked by the high quality of the direction, choreography and musical direction.
G.We watched a lighter small production. Compliments to the performer. The theater is quite cozy. I was surprised at the refreshments and snacks available. The theater foyer layout is spacious and comfortable. It allows you to pitch up early and relax. The theater looks like it can be adapted to the production or audience. Their next shows was also well advertised in the foyer. It felt to me like they are trying to get me back there. They may have succeeded

R.Always a great place to attend shows and concerts. The meteor really is a great venue, they offer cheap food and drinks to enjoy during the events.
My only gripe is the bathrooms, however otherwise it's a great place

B.Great accessiblity for all, with the ramp at the front and no steps inside. There's a bar in the lobby & a cool gallery space with changing exhibitions, which you walk thru to the black box theatre. I've seen lots of different events in The Meteor & it's amazing how different the same side can look!
A.Great, helpful, enthusiastic staff; decent bar; clean men's restroom. Small and intimate as a performance venue, but good light and sound design.

E.Soo Many people here. Friendly and helpful. I actually got to see People from different backgrounds here while Hearing Speech from new Prime Minister. .I loved how People Had a lot of Questions wanting to know more and Polite. .Genuine People. Kind Of Like interacting Students as they are more Grounded(usually) I think if it wasn't for the people and helpful lady who interacted with me I would have given a 2. I would have given a five star though some lady ruined it . . sitting near the bus stand seemed schizophrenia ..

T.Funky old Innes Tartan building that has many quirks, but makes a great theatre.
