M.Mondays mornings are apparently are always busy when I phoned but I got a contact date and time for the Thursday. I was rung back to slightly alter time which was great communication. Technician arrived on time and was courteous, efficient and helpful. Sent through an invoice as requested the next day and simple process to pay online through Xero. Very happy and will definitely recommend and use again. Thank you.

S.We could have consigned our broken dishwasher to landfill and bought a cheap one until our new kitchen goes in. But SOS fixed it.
