P.We have had the best experience in strawberry picking today. Staff were super friendly, the strawberries were so good, we couldn't do picking. Kids were screaming for joy, competing to find the biggest, juiciest looking one. Strawberries were so plentiful and good quality, we filled half of our bucket in just one row and we finished earlier then expected.
Such a wonderful experience today and I can't recommend it enough.
Note that this is the one in Helensville.
A.Best pyo strawberry farm in Auckland. As this is situated bot far from the town it’s less crowded. Compared to other popular pyo farms, this one is huge in size. There are no parking issues or queues. Best thing is you never run out of strawberries to pick. Love the staff and the low prices.

M.This is simply the Best PYO Strawberry Place near Auckland. Don't go to Kumeu and Riverhead places. They are commercial, over crowded mess. This is true experience each season. Lush hills, beautiful breeze and best Juicy Strawberries. Complete experience. Thank you.
L.Went for their real fruit ice cream. The strawberry ice cream was $5.50 per cone and was very large. It looks like there was a kiddy cone option (which was a regular size) but it was not listed on the menu. The strawberry flavor was not very strong.
They have moved up the road from their old location and the seating area is now in the car park.
O.Nice experience to your kids to let them to pick their own Strawberries. Very juicy. May be a long queue for payment & Strawberry ice cream. PYO is open only from 26 Dec to 30 Jan every year. Has enough parking space.

A.Fun 2 pick Strawberries but prices per KG gone up compared to last time. Not many strawberries as last time...
A.A huge strawberry paddocks/farm. The largest I ever been, actually. If you want to get big size strawberry get there early, as soon as they opens on December 26th. They allows you to eat while picking, as long as you buy/pay for some strawberries. Just make sure that you pick it close to the berries so that the stems won't bruise the berries.
P.On a hot summers day, this is a great place to bring visitors for an amazingly large ice cream made with actual strawberries. They are expensive - but amazingly good value.
Only downside is that the place is popular, and having to pull in off the open road with cars going past at high speed.
G.Visited the Sweet red strawberry shop to get an ice cream. The ice creams are well priced especially for the amount of ice cream you get. Highly recommend the strawberry ice cream for $5.50, but if you're not a big eater you might want to share one as it is so big. There is only one size. Good place to stop on a sunny day if you are on your way to west Auckland beaches such as Murawai.

B.Very popular place in summer when it's the strawberry season, you can get some very nice and fresh strawberry at the right time of the year. Their strawberry ice cream and other things on the menu are all very nice, if you ever drove by you should give this place a try.
A.Jesus, just GO. There's activities for the kids, PYO strawberries $10/head to start picking! Fresh fruit frozen yoghurt ice reams served on site. Good area for parking.
S.They sell ice cream made from fresh strawberries or blue berries for $5.50 and they also make shakes. They sell sweet strawberries, blue berries and manuka honey products including honey was candles in different shapes. You may also go and pick your strawberries from the field. Blue berries are sold 3 for $5 or 7 for $10.

A.Great ice cream, huge portion. You guys should think about to offer kids cone. Probably because it was close to the end of the day, but your friendly staff (everyone) looked very tired. I borderline felt bad to ask few ice-cream.

The PYO facility doesn't exist here anymore, they have moved it further north.

N.Few things to improve your experience there: bring a pair of gumboots, a rain poncho and it wouldn't hurt to grab a hi-viz vest as well. The field is big and you don't want to lose sight of each other if you are with the family, don't want to get caught in the rain in the middle of the field and don't wanna cover your shoes or feet in dirt, so definitely wear gumboots.
