Imposing two-storey building with a Victorian Classical frontage featuring rows of semi-circular windows, rustication and a grand colonnaded entrance porch. Some of the architectural detail was removed in the twentieth century. Designed by FW Burwell in the 1880s as part of The Crescent commercial development. Significance: High architectural and streetscape values for its grand Victorian classical design and imposing two-storey frontage and one of the few original elements of the Crescent remaining.
