We recently bought a new bed, which we love. Allan was extremely knowledgeable on the product ranges, which helped us make the right decision. He went out of his way driving all the way to Miramar to ensure our order was completed. Highly recommend 🙂

Gavin and his crew are great! I came with some photos of a beautiful, old bed that got badly damaged in several parts. Not only did I get some good advice , but also some parts from their "goodies box" (at a reasonable price) to help fix the problem. These guys know their stuff and are very interested and helpful in finding a solution for their clients. Gavin even was interested to see some photos of the bed once it's fixed. That is real commitment! You guys made my day today - THANKS :-))

My partner and I brought a bed here recently, after sleeping on an old pull out futon couch for a few months, this bed has been an absolute dream! We love it so much. The first night we were so excited it was hard to sleep! Allan Griffin served us and he was lovely; friendly and funny! He showed us options and overall provided great service. We're very happy with our overall experience and I would recommend this place to anyone searching for a new bed!

We recently purchased a new headboard and matching bedside tables from Allan at the Beds R Us Lower Hutt store. What a pleasure it was meeting Allan and how accommodating he was when we made changes to the custom style we wanted. Nothing was a problem. Allan was the epitome of excellent service. But it extended even further when I enquired regarding delivery eta via txt message, well after hours a couple of times, and then receiving a reply shortly afterwards. Allan was outstanding in keeping me up to date and informed. Allan was also accommodating when we enquired regarding getting plastic sheeting for a spare mattress we had, and when trying to get the appropriate headboard bolts. Always quick to reply and provide any assistance. Thank you for a great experience and we would highly recommend a visit to the Lower Hutt store - and do ask for Allan!

We went in looking for a new bed but not really knowing what we were looking for in terms of what to look for when buying a good bed. Allan was very knowledgeable and asked us a range of questions to better understand why we were buying a bed and what our requirements were before making any recommendations. He took us through the options available and helped us choose the right bed that suited what we were looking for and fit into our price range. Really took the guesswork out of buying a bed and such friendly service too! The whole process from start to end never felt sales-y and we felt well looked after. Highly recommend due to the excellent service, knowledge and range of beds available!

I can’t recommend Beds R Us Lower Hutt enough! Over the last 6 years, we’ve bought 3 beds from Allan Griffin and, along with getting us amazing deals, his knowledge and service are first rate. He has given us great recommendations and we’ve been 100% happy with our purchases.

We recently purchased a bed from Allan at Beds R Us Lower Hutt. He gave us lots of good information which was different from the research we had gone in with. He explained the reasonings behind each recommendation so we had confidence it wasn't simply a sales pitch. From the in store service, through ordering later on the phone, follow up emails answering questions to post delivery follow up, Allan and Beds R us exceeded our expectations. And most importantly...we love the bed! We highly recommend them.

Really great customer service the whole way through. The salesperson was knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions to figure out what we needed. We got a phone call after about a week to advise when delivery was expected, then a phone call on that day to confirm. Delivery was efficient and friendly too, and he setup the bed for us. Really happy with the bed and the service we got from start to finish. Great job!

We really want to say a big thank you to Gavin and his team. He helped us source the correct beds at very short notice, delivered them himself and set them up. He attached the bedheads and even got the valance on correctly. Thank you so much. Such a high level of professional and positive service.

My wife and I decided it was time to upgrade our bed and BedsRus Lower Hutt was our first stop. Thanks goodness it was as I really didn't want to visit every bed shop in the Hutt ;-) Gavin was amazing! He listened to what we wanted, and could determine the best fit mattress for our needs. We got fantastic advice on sleeping positions and pillows! My husband and I needed a a new mattress and went into this store to have a look . The staff were super friendly and helpful giving us lots of information on the different options available. We then said we would have a look around before we decided - which was not a problem . We went back to the store the next day to purchase the bed and the staff were fantastic . Wow, what a fantastic place to buy a bed. Allan knows beds. He gave expert advice and guidance so that we walked away with the correct bed for us. I recommend BedsRus Lower Hutt. They breathe beds. New Zealand made, you couldn't ask for anything better. So pleased with our purchase. Cant wait to sleep easier. :)

I love, love, love my Swiss Ultra mattress. I can't recommend Allan enough, the perfect salesman. Warm smile, loaded with product info, friendly and patience. I was the perfect consumer... Clueless!! "Did I like soft or hard in a bed?" was his opening line. Soft was my answer and this is where my only criticism comes in. I wish he had taken me to the top of the soft range so I could work my way down, be it comfort or dollars. I ended up making the wrong choice but I was looked after again by Allan. Top lad!! Also high 5 to Todd for pulling out all the stops to deliver after his truck broke down. Hold on to those two guys Gavin (store manager) and thanks for your help and patience.

I have recently had the need to source some parts for a slat bed and in contacting BedsRus Lower Hutt I am delighted to advise they have been able to oblige. The particular model I was sourcing is no longer made so you can imagine how pleased I was to have been able to find these - no doubt hiding out the back of their store somewhere!!! After 12 years, my wonderful mattress gave up the ghost. Glo and I visited a few Lower Hutt stores first, then we visited Allan at Beds r Us in Lower Hutt. he showed exactly what I was looking for, about $1000 less than comparable "on sale" mattresses. I asked how soon could he deliver it, and he smiled and said "This afternoon". Delivery was included. The driver charged $30 to take the old mattress away. Very pleased. 10/10

Just purchased another bed through Alan, this time for my wife and myself.. I told Alan what my requirements were, and from that gave gave me 3 options, that were spot on, we picked the best for us.. Absolutely amazing service from this store once again, and Alan, again... Cheers Guys

We had a water bed that gave up the ghost after well over 20 years - time to go bed shopping! Tim Svenson, at Beds R Us, Lower Hutt, turned out to be the most competent person that we encountered as well as being friendly and helpful. The whole deal was truly excellent.

WOW what a great experience buying a new bed! Tim from Beds R Us Lower Hutt was absolutely amazing to deal with. As soon as I walked in the door he acknowledged me straight away and proceed to ask me all the right questions in my search for a new mattress. His product knowledge was amazing and not one question I asked went unanswered. As you do I also shopped around with other stores and must note I did not receive the same positive sales experience as I received with this store. It has been a challenging time for me with damage to a set of bunks I purchased from this store, for my grandson who has severe autism. I am always impressed with the service I receive from the friendly staff at the Lower Hutt Branch. They listen carefully and have a great understanding of what is needed for children with special needs and their little quirks. They respond quickly to questions and if they don't know they will research and get back to you. They will help you address problems effectively and will always go the extra mile, even if you have made arrangements to be at home by a certain time and run very late getting home. I would give them 10 stars out of 5 and highly recommend this store and its staff and will definitely use them again. Thank you so much for your dedicated service I truly appreciate it.

After looking around for a new bed in a few different stores we found the range of Sleepyhead beds at BedsRus Lower Hutt to be greater than elsewhere. Allan Griffin was able to explain the differences for each range technically which I appreciated and we are glad to say we now have a new bed on the way.

The staffs here are very friendly, especially Allan, who was born to be a great sales man, he can make the costumers hand over the money very happily. If you are looking to buy beds and mattresses, this is the place that can make your day in Lower Hutt.

Amazing service at Lower hutt BedsRus, Gavin went out of his way to make sure that I got the correct pillow, he explained everything and he was really informative about body positions and pillow positions. I can recommend there Sleepyhead Tencel Fusiongel Pillow. I felt the difference the first night using it. No more neck pain.

Had a User Error with one of the supporting brackets of the bed frame...Gavan and his team did a quick and first rate job of fixing the problem ...they went beyond the call of duty and I thank them all very much.

Could actually be a very good store, as it has good range of stocks and accessories, backed up with efficient friendly service. The problem arises with 7 day service, the different staff shifts and the lack of communication between staff changes.
