C.Had a wee problem with the electrics on my tow bar. Kerry was able to fix in 5 minutes and showed me where the problem lay for future reference. Need to get a new tow ball for my bike rack so will definitely be going back to see these guys to get that sorted. Great service
B.Great service and very responsive. I received a fast quote. When I called I was able to make an appointment for a few days later. I had towbar installed one afternoon, and was given an extra little cover for the ball for free. It turned out that the standard NZ tow ball for towing trailers and caravans (1 7/8 inch = 47.625 mm) was too small for my Thule bike rack, but they replaced it with a 50mm ball (the European standard) the next day, in just ten minutes! Amazing! They didn't charge me for the new ball and I got to keep the other one in case I ever want to tow a caravan or trailer with the smaller coupling. I found that was a pretty good service!
I recommend you do your research beforehand and specify the tow ball size you need when you ask for your quote.
R.Really friendly and knowledgeable. When I arrived my part wasn't there, was en route. I know these things happen but was a little frustrating as had timed travel (1.5hrs) around school times and then had to call around to make alternative plans for after school. But the job was neat and tidy and they did all they could to get me sorted. Gave 5 stars due to them actually making an effort to sort out the issue and get me back on the road quickly.

M.I went the Wellington City location yesterday, my new car had the wrong size tow bar ball, the team there found me a second hand ball in the size I needed and replaced it for me for free! They were very friendly and I will definitely go back if I ever need their other services in the future.

I got a cheap price for the tow bar, but I have to go back and pay over $100 for the wiring fitting!!

Before getting a towbar fitted, I got a couple of other quotes. It's an uncommon car and I was keen too get the job done right. Towbar Express gave me the most confidence of the quotes.
Unfortunately when I collected the car, the towbar wasn't the model that I was expecting. Hard to know how this happened, but within a couple of minutes the team had offered to order another and replace it as soon as they could.
Little issues like this come up. It's how people work through them that makes the best ones stand out. I got the towbar I was looking for and really good service. Thanks Kerry, Cindy, Trevor.
