C.Best service we've ever experienced! The team really went above and beyond to install a new dishwasher and remove our old one. They were such a pleasure to deal with and the price was by far the best on the market. I'd recommend these guys to anyone!! Legends. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

T.Bought a C grade Washing Machine. The young man who delivered and installed our new washer, last Saturday, not only fixed the drain pipe, but checked all the pipes to make sure we had no further leaks. He explained how the wash cycles worked and made sure the gates were closed properly so the cows couldn't get out. He went well beyond excellent customer service. The other team members I dealt with were well versed with the products and customer service to complete the sale. I will be back!
J.I went to newbolds because they had a good name however i have found the service absolutely terrible. No communication brought a 1000.00 item on the 15th Feb told by Faye it would be in the next week to shop made ph call not in but they would call.no call, went into shop no they would follow up and be in contact no reply.finally a call today to say it hadnt even been despatched from Auckland well since posting the last review i have done 180degree turn Mark the owner came straight around with a loan dehumidifier and i had a call from Faye saying my one had arrived at the store today thank you Faye and Mark for pulling all the stops out much appreciated 😀 now i know why people talk so highly about Masterton Newbolds
P.Recently bought a fridge and a washing machine and the service was absolutely impeccable! We found the perfect products to suit our preferences and got a great deal on them
