W.Bay Beds made a custom-sized mattress for our caravan and we are absolutely wrapt with the outstanding quality, comfort, and customer service. And it didn’t cost an arm and a leg! We’ve been away a lot over the summer months and it’s always “ahhh” when we settle in for a good nights kip.
J.Bay Beds made us the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on for our Boat. It was hand crafted to fit our boat design and using their expertise we were able to create a larger bed within the space. This has been the best investment in a bed we have ever made. We are now coming back to have new beds made for at home. Although our top-of-the-line Sleepyhead bed is only 3 or 4 years old, it has been hugely disappointing in terms of comfort levels. Thankfully, Bay Beds guarantee the comfort of their beds and they offer so many options to individualise the bed to your personal requirements. Can't wait for our new bed to arrive. And by the way, they are such very nice people to deal with and have a huge wealth of knowledge.

I had purchased a bed from a well known retailer a few months ago and it was not fit for purpose.
I was at my wits end and in tears as I was in pain and hadn’t slept for weeks.

The bed was away to them for the day and the end result is perfect.

We've wanted a good quality mattress for years and after deciding to bite the bullet and buy one, we came here after hearing good things. Michael went above and beyond, he spent the time with both my husband and I working out what we needed. He allowed us to check out the factory & even try out our new mattress before it was finished to ensure the firmness was right, which helped us feel confident we were investing in the right one! He also helped us source the gas struts for our lift up bed frame which was super helpful! It's great to see they are clearly passionate about being as environmentally friendly as possible. Michael was understanding and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great outcome after a very disappointing experience with a large retailer that was unhelpful. The bed industry is unregulated in NZ and the quailty of mass produced mattresses is appalling. Its a real fight to get results on the so called "10 year warranty"

P.Absolutely FANTASTIC Service and quality. Would highly recommend this local Business for their great prompt service, friendliness and affordability. Being in business ourselves, we found ourselves in a bit of a difficult situation whereas bedlegs broke off one of our beds. They came around to inspect our problem within an hour, took away the base and replaced with a loan Base. Within 2 days they had returned with our original Base fixed at a higher quality than what it was manufactured. PERFECT BUSINESS - Thanks Guys & Gals
L.We bought another bed from a shop in town and had a huge fight over a warranty claim - Micheal and the team went over and beyond to help us - I now wouldn't go anywhere else to purchase another bed - I cant recommend them enough and now have a awesome bed we know will go the distance!!
