P.Excellent service, Arrived on time as per arrangement and did an excellent job installing Panasonic heat pump. Explained operation in detail and left the job clean and tidy. Would recommend this firm to anyone,
N.Had a washing machine that had a few issues, the guys picked it up, gave us a loan machine whilst ours was being fixed (which we were very grateful for) In the end our machine had further issues that weren't worth repairing which left us in a tough spot as we have a child with bowel issues and a washing machine is something we just can't go without, within less than 24 hours the amazing boss man had arranged a new to us machine to be dropped off and installed, so very very grateful for the fantastic support, help and generosity from these awesome people. You guys are worth all 5 stars, thank you so much!

M.Zac was very professional and knew what he was doing. He explained what needed to be done, including swapping a part I do not use. My washing machine is old but works exceptionally well, and, has features I doubt are incorporated today. Apart from this one small problem, a replacement solenoid, he went out of his way to find a replacement part saving me the cost of a new machine and am back to new. Good one Zac.
N.Awesome friendly customer service. Got a quote for new heat pump unit within reasonable timeframe. Technicians came installed machine did a fantastic job of showing me hot to use the unit & even better cleaned up after themselves happy customer here. I would recommend. Only down fall is the manager who came to assess my property needed to communicate more with me about size of units. But the guys were amazing.
Z.So very helpful. I sent an email asking for help and they phoned and took the time to give advice. They ended up fixing my washing machine (replaced the pump) and it works well now. The technician was amazing too. I cannot recommend them highly enough, such wonderful people!

j.no hesitation in recommending this company after my induction top was faulty. they came and attempted a repair and when that didnt work delivered the bad news of my needing a new one with consideration and helpfulness. After purchasing a new stove top, they were again available with advice and professional help to install it as soon as possible which was so much appreciated. It wasnt only the trades people who excelled - it was also the very helpful ladies in the office who co-ordinated the team and the work. if you are needing electrical repairs talk to them and I hope you will be as satisfied as I have been.
