Best broadband company available in New Zealand! Amazing customer service, talking to people in New Zealand about issues. Available for technical support or billing queries! Totally awesome can’t recommend higher. Can’t wait for them to get a mobile phone plan!

We have been with Now for several years and wouldn't change for anything. We have had nothing but fantastic service from them. When you call them they answer promptly and nothing is ever too much trouble. I'm looking forward to when they start doing mobile services so we can change from 2 degrees. What's even better they're 100% kiwi owned

I just want to say thanks to NOW NZ for their great service! They had me connected within days! I had previously been trying to connect with Contact for over 4 weeks and had no luck! Again thanks NOW!

I had an account query. It only took minutes to connect to Now and have the issue resolved with a follow up confirmation email. Thanks Now I have had years of reliable internet and service since your beginings as Airnet. Well it was not resolved and at the end of the process which I went into with my account a month in advance several months later I had lost it through no fault of mine. The internet service is reliable the account clerk I dealt with is not.

I get the pleasure of dealing with NowNZ via my workplace Kitchen Studio Hawkes Bay and I have to say, one of the most efficient, honest and down to earth teams. As the technician for KSHB, I can honestly say the service is reliable and painless when it comes to our IP phone system and our internet. Never had a slow connection. From the customer support side, I don't have to deal with the team that often as things don't tend to go wrong, but when I do the whole team is fantastic to deal with. Clare, who we tend to deal with, is fantastic at what she does, is down to earth, approachable and is a joy to work with. She insures we are looked after and couldn't ask for a better person talk to let alone work with. If you are looking at using NowNZ, stop thinking and call them now!

Just had a professional phone consultation, and overall solutions to all of my Internet troubles with Robert. Not only was he patient and efficient, he also went above and beyond to answer every question and issue I faced throughout. I would highly recommend NOW broadband, and also Robert as a brilliant employee. Thanks again!

Customer Service team is like none Ive ever experienced in NZ and Ive dealt with all the major ones. So helpful and lovely to deal with. They are fast to answer the phone and ive never had to speak with more than 2 people in any one phone call. 100% of all my calls ended successfully!! Well done, you are a breath of fresh air in an industry full of polluted Customer Service representatives

They sent me a modem using Fastways. The modem is in transit for a week. And, Now Broadband claims that it is not their problem and that I am the one that must keep chasing their logistic partner. -- Update: It took longer than what it should, but they sent me a new modem. And helped me with everything I needed after it.

NOW NZ is the leading broadband company in New Zealand because of their great services and offers. The staff is always nice and friendly. The price-performance ratio is excellent. A great company offers great products and great services - like NOW NZ does!

Just had Simon sort out our slow internet this morning, this is why we are with NOW, my daughter is back from 1000+ ping on her games, to 25 average, I dont care about that, but my daughter does, and Simon does too, which makes my life so much easier. Thankyou Simon, more than you could imagine.

Now is amazing. I can ring them and speak to someone in minutes. Fast reliable internet. One time my router died at 9pm and they offered to drop me one on the way home because they finished at 9pm and lived out my way. I said no because I am not an addict but amazing service. If you are bored ring Sparks helpline and see how long it takes to get an answer.

NOW are fantastic! Their customer service is exceptional. They are easy to get hold of by email, phone or via internet. You can easily talk to a real person. They know their stuff technically and will explain things to the non-technical minded. Absolutely awesome! I've been with them for 4 or 5 years, including moving towns - they are always awesome.

Excellent preparation, support and communication: All my questions, promptly answered, in full. No question too great or small.\ Excellent implementation: NOW prepared me well for the change-over to their services; sent me information and links to further information. The cut-over to NOW was absolutely seamless and almost instantaneous.\ Excellent follow-up: After the cut-over, NOW monitored my connection, confirmed it was fully operational, then rang me to ensure I was satisfied with the transition, and to answer any questions.\ I could not have had a better customer experience and am very impressed with the way NOW operates. Great NZ company. Been with now since 2014 in two places. Also got my parents to switch. Easy to get assistance on Facebook chat. Very fairly priced and accommodating, when slingshot had a better deal I was able to sign up for another year and get a similar price. It's worth asking before moving. I always prefer to stay with now.

Personable staff, easy to deal with and a blindingly good connection. Carries our monitored alarm, phone voice messaging - great speed and all very competitive. Especially I like dealing with happy clever people on the phone (who are eager to solve problems) rather that a series of automated sets of instructions - to leave a message !!!!

Julian from NOW just left. Hooked us up on the fibre network within 30 minutes, resolved the phone issue we had with Spark and got internet sorted to our office. Fantastic experience with both Unison installing the fibre and NOW getting it up and running. Love being back in the Bay with this kind of service. Thanks guys!

Love now NZ and have been a customer for 18 months. Only being able to connect to 20/1.5 VDSL copper connection for eternity, Now have proven to offer superior support when compared to other ISP's. Having an unstable copper connection that has been delegated to the 'too hard' basket of MyRepublic, Orcon and Trust Power, Now has always provided a solution with a measurable outcome. Previous ISP's have simply blamed Chorus and left us to simply deal with the poor/unusable connection. Even though the cause is ultimately Chorus's lack of infrastructure, Now has made the most of a bad situation and made it palatable.

Over 2 years with now broadband excellent customer service, didint have any issues,hope see u again for another location ✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️✳️

Almost perfect, just need a mobile offering and maybe reward loyal customers as keep receiving tempting offers.Complements to tech support. I also appreciated assistance in getting sorted with Ultra Fast Broadband. Dual band wifi router selection also not great (neighbours was free with his isp). All the best.

Got no internet running yet but I'm giving 5 stars for customer service. Clare was absolutely brilliant, patient and clear. Also happy and friendly. She's sorting the problem as soon as she can so thanks. Cheers !

I had a problem with my system and after a discussion with a tech over the phone they sent me the hutt valley tech he was the most helpful person I have ever come across and I'm 71 He not only sorted out my problem even suggested a way that would not cost me resulting in a spot on reception Thanks now
