G.My husband and I purchased an Oven last week and were very impressed with the service given by James. I had called to inquire about stock and right from the get go James was very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. Appreciated as it had been a long time since we bought an oven and we had some challenging criteria!
He went through our options and offered us a fantastic deal on a store model which was exactly we were looking for (noting how hard it is to get certain items at present). When we went into store to check and buy, he was just the same in person and made me feel so at ease (I get a bit nervous sometimes!). He even gave us some great recommendations for other items we were needing to upgrade as part of our renovations.
We are so happy with decided to look at Kitchen Things. A real family business atmosphere with people that genuinely care. I will be definitely buying again in future and can only hope James is there when I do! I will be recommending to a lot of people. THANK YOU!
