A.I couldn't be more pleased with my service, the chappie even went as far as to book a courier that morning to get my garage door opener to him. Great communication via text and phone call. Cannot fault them
A.The battery specialist was very helpful, I took in a photo of my old battery and they provided a very high quality replacement at a great price. It appears that these guys are mainly catered to deal with industry, so they have a sign saying that they "cannot assist with fitting any new batteries" - so if you cannot fit your own then it would be best to consider going to a garage or vehicle workshop (you'll pay more though).
