A great storage facility indeed, very well set out so making it very easy to use. Jo and her team certainly run a good business and very friendly 2 boot. Over the years we have used Storage World twice and wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed. Cheers guys Lynley and Warwick Bryant.

Storage World Nelson go out of their way to make you feel right at home. They reimbursed me for storage fees when they didn't have to, they had to break my padlock because of my TERRIBLE MEMORY, and I received a new one for free! I had a lock-up for roughly 14 months, and they've always been great when I needed them, even after I closed it all up. Definately 5 stars plus. Great prices and a great security system. I originally looked at a few different facilities, and ultimately made the right choice.

Thought I should add my thoughts. They helped us out in a pinch when another Nelson storage company I had booked with refused to answer when we arrived to store things. Had no where to go but fortunately Storage World had a unit available and I got all my things stored with only a few hours notice.
