Staff were awesome & sandwich was good as normal, knocked 1 star off purely because I think they need to bring back the option lists on the sneeze guard so you can see the different bread & salad options & the menus now seem more set up for people who know exactly what they want before the walk in the store

You would think all Subways are the same, not so. The Tahunanui Subway is way a lot cleaner than the Nelson branch. And for some bizzar reason the food seams to taste fresher. Go figure....

Went here for breakfast and got a Classic chicken sub between two of us. Staff was friendly and allowed us to have slightly different salad options on the two sides. Saw that they had a new addition of sundried tomato which was nice. We also made it a combo to add a drink and 2 cookies. Value meal between 2.

Love eating at subway. If you ask nicely they will microwave your cookies for you so they are warm to eat. Great customer service

Accidentally visited on World Sandwich day. Great that subway give back to charity but few of the customers seemed to understand the concept if getting 2 for 1, which slowed the service up hugely. Long line, slow service today, not the usual. Better signage and advertising would have helped.

Was great apart from trainee girl grabbing my arm as I pay wave paid, I found out she was actually serving herself from the other side of counter. Poor communication and phyiscally grabbing me affected overall good experience.
