S.After three days of calling a 'reputed' washing machine repair company (they who shall not be named), leaving three messages (with real people, not machines) and never getting called back I got desperate and started calling around. Michael replied promptly and offered to come out to service our machine on a weekend, which he doesn't usually do, turned up on on time, fixed the machine and was so very affordable. Totally recommended - thank you so much, I really appreciate the rescue!
C.Michael was really kind and helpful in solving our problem. Came out the day we called and lent us a machine to hold us over (our machine was old and we opted to buy a new one, instead of repairing). Would recommend him to family and friends in a heartbeat.
