M.Simply an amazing place. Have stayed here more times than I can count, and every time is unique. The sunsets are unbeatable, as is the night time view of Ruapehu. Don't expect fancy chattels or high pressure hot water, but rather solitude and a unique experience of have 1/3 of the mountain all to yourselves!
