R. (. R.Good marina, has laundromat, marina cafe, haul out facilities, repair shops galore, burnsco and another boat spares shop. Renting a mooring is a bit pricey considering how exposed the mooring field is. Heaps of boats around. Watch out for the russel ferry.
B. K.Very well organised marina. We stayed here on our boat for a month. Professional staff, clean facilities and safe. Two chandleries and other yacht services within walking distance.

NewZealand is really a blessed country with natural beauty.
P. P.Good visual experience. Good cafe. Big Burnsco and other marine oriented businesses. If you like looking at yacht candy you could spend a long time here. It doesn't have the same atmosphere as Whangarei Town Basin. Also the start of Twin Coast cycleway.

All this and set in amazing countryside in the heart of the Bay of Islands with all the repair, maintenance facilities and chandlers that any sailor needs .............A cruiser's paradise!
M. S.Great marina. Friendly staff. Great marina facilities which are clean and maintained. Chandlery, shipwrights, North Sails loft, small supermarket with good selection of food, restaurant and cafes all within close walking distance. Top spot!

I wouldn’t go over there hungry.

Even good value at $5 for 5 wine samples.

G. S.Good place have coffee bite to eat , buy boat bits to marine shops ,sail makers engineer , inflatable boats fix everything in walking distance,
L. W.There are a variety of berth sizes including catamaran berths and a number of swing moorings. The toilet, shower and laundry facilities are clean and modern and there is a large lounge with internet access. There are also many marine services available within a short walk from the marina and countdown supermarket will deliver your order to the boat ramp including chilled and frozen goods and alcohol. Diesel is available at the northern end of the marina and requires credit or debit card. Drinking water is also available at the fueling dock
R.The marina has gone through extensive upgrades over the last year with a marina extension and new buildings and car parking etc. Also new landscaping.
It is an excellent marina, well maintained and a good place to keep your boat or to pop into for lunch or a coffee at the cafe.
C. S.Great updated Marina, good facilities (large laundry, new toilets and showers, recycling, cafe, general store, lots of onsite workshops and services inc chandleries, good walks) and friendly helpful staff. Be mindful of the current if coming in on a larger vessel
D. S.First time I have launched my ski there. Parking a bit light for the trailers but that's being picky. Excellent facility.

J. B.New facilities. The shower runs out of credit early, but the water doesn't just go cold, it shuts off entirely. Not so good if you're still soapy.

O. M.Part of the attraction for buying a berth on 'E' pier has now gone. A large chunk of the parking is no longer available to berth holders and unloading/loading vehicle's is problematic
