l.Kids love this place. I have super active ones and they have a great workout there. We had slurpees or slushies. Spend about 2 hours. Keep in mind that kids around 5 can play for free only at certain time, so the rest of older kids have to wait. Some kids can't wait, do be aware.
J.Absolutely awesome place to take the kiddos to burn off some energy. And 'Sensory Sunday' at the end of the month for those kids that may prefer a less sensory experience. A great place!
P.Great place to take children to burn off some energy. Prices seen ok. Don't forget to pay for parking.
Food selection was all I and kids needed and reasonable in prices. Bottled soft drinks a bit expensive but I needed a sugar fix. Foxton fizz $4. Water free.
Game challenge room downstairs was fun. Easy to spend the coin there.
Will be returning.
l.We had an amazing birthday party @Cloud 9 Palmy today.
Staff was amazing and attentive, venue was all set, food was more than enough with variety of sweet and savoury goods.

M.We love going there. Great for all ages. Sometimes they do not serve coffee after a specific hour but they allowed that I go grab one from a Cafe which was cool as I had a headache that day. Great polite staff also 👍🏻👍🏻
H.A good area for kids where they could spend time with a small family group or for a larger birthday party group. The water refill station is awesome, so please remember to bring your water bottles :)
J.Very thankful to Cloud9. I've been there so many times with my boy over the years and always have an awesome time. Tonight however was fantastic. Cloud9 kindly let my under 6 rugby team have our end of season breakup there. Communication was so smooth, the night was fun and hospitality so kind. Would highly recommend for all events. J.Great fun space for the kids to have a ball. The space is massive with plenty of jumping options, the 2m deep foam pit is a favourite. Climbing wall, dodge ball. Gaming arcade Party rooms with brand new birthday thrones! Nick the manager went outof his way to accommodate us for my son's 9th birthday party under level 2 conditions. Helpful staff, the boys had a great time.
Tri colour slushies $3 each, boys loved them.
Coffee and other cafe food for parental units delivered to your table.
T.Always a blast, certainly makes for a workout as an adult. A great way to use an hour with your kids.
S.Took my 2 and 7yr olds here for a day out/bday outing and they had so much fun. Staff were helpful and polite. Facilities were clean and catered for nappy changing. Kids enjoyed a slushy as it got super hot with all the fun and jumping. They have fantastic party areas which I will probably use in the future as pricing was reasonable for what they offer. Has toddler only section, arcade part at the front, plenty of tramps, dodgeball area, human soccer and older kids/more challenging sections.
A.The toddler session was great. My 2yo had a blast and it was easy to keep track of him. Fluffy and a muffin as part of the entry fee is such a great idea. We'll be back!

S.On first looks pretty good, but more variety than other trampoline parks with other activities and games such as air hockey, ninja assault course etc

Staff were above and beyond especially when one of ours had an asthma attack. They were freaking brilliant!

I was impressed today when I watched the team muck in, and no one was standing around.
They are a bunch of young people who should be proud of themselves..I hope their manager sees this review and shouts them all a coffee!
K.Great place for the kids to spend an hour. Unfortunately, I can't rate it higher due to the lack of health and safety. This is the second time we have been where the kids did not have to watch the safety video. Also, the layout with the tumbling mat at the start is completely wrong. Little kids go running up the stairs, excited and straight onto the tumbling mats where kids are doing back flips. Last time my niece crashed 3 times with small kids and today she had 2 collisions with small children. We mentioned this to the one supervisor on duty, who mentioned all staff are first aid trained and nothing was done to prevent any further collisions.
D.My grandchildren loved this place. They were safely able to burn up energy. Drink water is available for free. Lots of seating for whanau. Lots of interesting play options, with areas accessible for supervision.

Absolutely no fuss easy to organize and welcome place to go.
Value for money And we even had our dedicated staff member who was happy cheerfull and made the day that much easier. Food was amazing did the optional birthday cake which was so yum. My son had the best day thank-you cloud9
P.This place is always good value!!! While the kids are off jumping around the parents can sneak off to the arcade and waste some money having fun trying to win tickets!!! Very highly recommend cloud 9 and also the coffees aren't too shabby either!!

Sometimes 400 paper tickets give out for a single game. Surely there is a more environmentally friendly way than 1000s of paper tickets
L.Boys 4 and 6 had a blast here. So much fun they did not stop for the hour we were there. Will definitely be comimg back. We'll worth the trip from Paraparaumu.

So many different areas and activities for kids, fantastic big foam pits and it is tidy and well aired place.
B.Good fun for a variety of ages. Between the tramps the obstacle course, and the other tramp base activities there is plenty of options to keep everyone entertained. Also at a pretty reasonable price i believe. There is also a small arcade set up there.
The only let down is a very limited food selection and they dont allow food to be brought in.
The do have coffee however and it was fairly good
W.Great fun trampoline park. Excellent spot for kids birthday parties. Good attentive staff, clean tidy facilities. Fun games to play in the arcade area and a free water bottle fill station so long as you bring your own water bottle.

If you have some"grippy socks" ( those with rubber grips in the soles) bring them, otherwise you have to buy them here. It gets very busy in peak time like rainy school holiday afternoons so choose times wisely for your noise level comfort zones!
R.We went to the under 110 session. My older son loves the place but to me it didn't blow me away. Also my toddler wasn't keen at all. He did enjoy the arcade section. Bit more than I'd like to pay.
L.Not very friendly for wheels (prams or wheelchair) stairs only to get up to main area. Otherwise amazing! Such a good time for the kids

J.Kids had a great time but I think the council should be approached to do something about trying to slow the traffic down around there. Standing outside for 5 minutes, I saw parents struggling with their excited kids and a 2 year old almost got hit. The carpark is not big enough for the volume of people that attend so many park on the road.
A.Very clean and tidy, excellent facilities. Has a good cafe area to relax in while watching kids, and a great separate area for small children. We really enjoyed the foam pit areas as well as the trampolines.
E.I took my 3 year old daughter here today and we had an awesome time! Coffee was good too. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Next time we need to remember to take a water bottle as there is a complementary water station there which was great to see

S.Such a great place for both me and the kids to expel some energy. It would be 5 stars aside from the fact that there is no minimum age limit. There was a toddler bouncing around today, certainly not directly supervised by an adult. It doesn't take a kid that age much to break a leg on tramps and you can't always trust others to notice them and keep their distance. The supervising staff today were themselves very young and I couldn't imagine them insisting the parents of this child directly supervise them. I think this needs to be looked at seriously Cloud 9 owners.

N.Girls had a great time. .particularly in the foam pits with Balance beams and trying out their turns on the trampolines. I had a yummy Chai latte while I watched the girls on a big screen in he cafe area.

G.$9 under 110cm and $14 over 110cm. Grip socks are $3. Family passes available. Have a coffee while watching your kids on the big screens. A range of activities for the different ages. Wasn't closed on a public holiday. Foam pits, climbing walls, rolling log, bubble soccer (when they aren't damaged), and of course trampolines.

M.Great place to host your kids birthday party. Staff are friendly, and the place is very conscientious of the fact Covid could be hiding around every corner. Alot of hand sanitizer stations which is always comforting regardless of Covid and just nice to have in a place as busy as this with a lot of kids (no offence kids). If you're unfit like me but still rocking a fab dad bod, there's plenty of places to sit and watch and order a Coffee or 3. Can get quite busy but its never been an issue. Kids always love time here and its a great way to tire them out for an easier bed time.
M.The team were fantastic. We held our son's birthday here. Great place for all the kids. Big and little. As well as the adults. We all had a great time and the team catered for everything we needed. We could also take in our own food and sugar free drinks with prior arrangement which was fabulous. Would definitely recommend for hosting kids party's.
