A.Have been with Inspire on their unlimited full speed fibre broadband plan for nearly a year and a half and have had excellent performance (speeds and latency) with our connection. We heavily rely on streaming video/TV and the connection has been seamless. On the extremely rare occasion that I have had to contact them, they were available on the phone or via social media channels to help. Excellent Palmy business.

A.Have been a customer of Inspire net for over 2 years now and cannot fault them. I live in the countryside so usually we can only get slow or super expensive internet out here, However Inspire net is the exception! Can stream Netflix with no issues and multiple devices using the wifi at the same time. Customer service is also great. The few times I've had to call them I had a real person almost instantly and they're happy to help.
A.Unreal customer service. No waiting on hold, help available everyday of the week. Fast turn around on enquiries. So SO good.

C.We have wireless internet with them and they are great! what other company (especially any internet provider) can you ring nowadays and straight away get an actual person on the phone! If i need to call them (which is not alot)they are always friendly and helpful. Most of all the internet is great, can watch netflix without the "wheel of death" (loading icon). cant fault these guys and their product!

As long as they can provide Internet in our homes then we will not be changing to anyone else.
Their customer service has always been 110% and I always feel like a valued customer!
I love the voice over ip because it means I get alot more talk time then what I would on my cellphone and their internet connection is hardly ever faulty! The wireless we had in the country only had to be reset once in a year and I personally think it was faster than the average broadband connection even though they were abit worried that it may not be fast enough.

L.Been a cistomer of Inspire for more than 10 years. Always helpful on the phone, and no "press x for y" menus - straight to someone who will help you. Knowledgeable staff, competitive prices and consistent network connections and speed.
a.Not quite good connection. Sometime struggle to watch a HD streaming video and browse website.Unlike ultrafast. But their services are superb. Always help me out of trouble very quickly.
