A.Very impressed and happy with the customer service received from Leader & Watt.
I bought a cast iron during the Black Friday sale for a present and only found out after Christmas that it doesn't work well on glass countertops. I contacted customer services about the issue, and they were very understanding, helpful and prompt responding to my query.
Despite being located in Auckland, Leader & Watt resolved my issue, and I'm pleased with their customer service.
w.Couldn't recommend more, our freezer died over level 4 lockdown, a phone call and an hour later one arrived on our doorstep. Lovely polite salespeople and a good price.
