R.First time dealing with Steve Appliances, and after speaking with Steve over the phone, I felt very comfortable ordering our Westinghouse Dishwasher part off him. Steve in my opinion is one of the best retailers I have dealt with before. He is very patient and kind and kept me up to date from the beginning to end with my order, either through texts or emails which put my mind at rest. We received our part well packaged and our dishwasher is up and running again now thanks to Steve. He is very knowledgeable and thoughtful and definitely puts his customers first, also the part we ordered was very affordable & cheaper than the other stores we looked at before purchasing. I initially received the wrong part. Steve was quick to respond - even at 9pm on a Friday which was unexpected but fantastic!

R.What fantastic service. We live in Auckland and needed a replacement drive belt for our Fisher & Paykel drier. The head office of F & P could provide a part number but were out of stock of the belts. We tried several F & P agents in Auckland without luck. On Monday we contacted Steve's Appliance Spares in Palmerston North. No problem, on the Courier in the afternoon and received 8 a.m. this morning (Wednesday). Great service, thanks.

On Sunday, my washing machine threw an error message which turned out to mean that the motor brushes needed replacing. A quick Google search turned up Steve's Appliance Spares, so I hopped onto the website first thing Monday (yesterday) and ordered new brushes for my machine. These promptly arrived early today (Tuesday).

T.Level 4 lockdown I found myself with an oven that had lost it's 'fan bake' option. I stumbled across Steve's Appliance Spares website as I was having a hard time troubleshooting the issue as my oven is quite old. It was about 10:30pm on a Saturday night and I tried my luck on the 'instant chat' function. To my surprise there was Steve on the other end of the line and was incredibly helpful with helping me troubleshoot and recommending the correct replacement element part. Emailing on a Saturday I expected an answer on the Monday, instead I was pleasantly surprised to receive a reply back within a couple of hours, (on a Saturday Arvo I might add), saying the part was in stock and was available. h.We had the dreaded F21 error come up on our Bosch machine the Sunday before lockdown, I had planned on using a local Christchurch shop, but when they quoted me $147 for a pair of brushes, that went out the window. I contacted Steve's Appliance Spares to check availability and Bosch compliance and see if they could get them through to us with the lockdown looming, Steve said yes he could and for a third of the cost my local shop wanted our machine is now up and washing laundry again.

K.Excellent service! Our dishwasher ended up with a pretty significant dent through a moment of carelessness shutting it with my foot.
Found the part code for the front panel in service manual and whacked it into Google, hoping on the off chance it would come up with some useful results. First result was Steve’s - had it at a great price (not to mention a very decent shipping rate), and panel arrived at the door a few days later.
While I’ve learnt my lesson shutting the dishwasher in a lazy manner, Steve’s will be first place I check out in the future should any of our appliances grind to a halt.
