Great, hassle free storage. Found ourselves in the difficult position of needing to find urgent storage after not fitting our household into a container relocation. Shill was awesome, getting us all sorted over the phone and e-mail and giving us a/h access so we could continue moving out on time. Easy access, dry, clean and secure units. Bond reasonable and refunded promptly on exit. Would absolutely recommend Shill and the services at Karaka Storage.

best customer service experience in NZ ever.. and I mean ever! Space is dry and clean and fenced and feels very secure. Shilleena who manages the storage is out of this world. Polite. lightning quick and nothing is too much trouble. as we spent more time overseas (due to MIQ) as planned, it was basically lifesaving we could always add time or cancel. Can highly recommend as the best storage service in Auckland. Quick access to motorway as well. Not far from central town. Thanks so much!

We had our household items moved here from overseas(Oct. 20), & needed a place quickly, & at a convenient location, with plenty of clean storage space, & at a reasonable price. We got all we wanted with this company & the service provided by Shilleena (admin. person) was awesome. Moving our belongings between covid regions (Akl to Coromandel) has especially been trying but they have been so accomodating.The five star rating given says it all. Much thanks.

Just amazing service from Shilleena at Karaka Storage. Got left with only half our stuff moved when a horrible transport company showed up with a smaller truck. Shilleena and the team were so accommodating and extended our storage term until we got all our stuff moved. Thank you so much Regards Andy
