Called in to house of beds today to check out mattresses. The manager, Seema, showed us around the options. She was very informative without being pushy and knowledgeable about the products she was selling. She helped us narrow down our choices and we felt confident in our final decision. I recently bought an orthopedic bed from House of Beds in Paraparaumu. The salesperson, Seema, was exceptional in her orthopedic knowledge, being expertly able to match us with a bed to suit our needs. I was impressed by her product knowledge and professional sales manner. She gave us a very detailed explanation of all the features of each bed that would be a possible match for us, without exerting pressure on us at any stage to make a premature decision in order to make a quick sale. I really appreciated that. What's more, when I returned to explain that I was experiencing neck pain, she expertly recommended I change pillow. My partner and I are very satisfied with our bed, and Seema, in particular, was instrumental in our decision to buy from House of Beds.
