V.Warm friendly welcome as I entered. Comfortable atmosphere with pleasant music playing in the background Hot/cold beverages offered, damn even Whittakers fabulous chocolates what more can you ask for.
My indecisiveness was OMG the worse ever but Elena calmed my nerves from start to end with her team by explaining the process in precise details taking me through in every step to the wow finale.
The transformation going pixie I've never had dared to try im my life and the colours I've never would of thought of. Sum it all up a very happy satisfied Porirua local, Samoan New Zealander 🇼🇸 🇳🇿 Fa"afetai lava 🧡

J.I took my daughter into Bethels for a cut and colour. Highly recommended by lots of people. My daughter has been recovering from a major accident and I was concerned how she would cope with her first haircut. Well the staff were amazing, the caring attitude and their approach was wonderful to watch. She had 3 lovely ladies fussing over her and they were so gentle with her. Plus the end result looked stunning. My daughter was so pleased with her colour it put this magical smile on her face. So a big thank you to the lovely lady who spent hours doing foils on my daughters long hair and also to Elena for helping and the wonderful receptionist. You are a great team !! Thank you so much for being so patient, caring and underatnding.
M.I have never had my hair done before so I was really nervous. Elena assured me I will be okay and she will transform me into a butterfly. I showed her a photo of how I would like my hair and I got exactly that but even better. I liked the way my hair was taken care of so gently, precise cutting of hair as well. Now my hair feels so might lighter and isn’t so thick at the ends. I got the butterfly package and so I had my eyebrows and upper lip done too. Really comfortable space and private room for beauty. Had the best hair shampoo massage. I am so happy with my hair, I recieved so many compliments as well. So thank you to the team and I have recommend your service to those who have asked where I got my hair done. Will definitely be back here again. Thank you!
R.My Mum has used supermarket hair dye for many years and we needed a change. We were recommended to come to Bethel and Hair Beauty by a regular customer and were pleasantly surprised. We were warmly greeted, offered a hot cuppa and attended to quickly. Elena did an amazing job at listening and applying what my Mum wanted. Her natural curls were brought back to life and her new hair colour suited the tone of her skin. Thank you Elena and staff for your wonderful work!
D.Came up from Hams yesterday to visit my mokos and told my daughter in law that I was in desperate need of a haircut. Hadn't had one since before the lock down. My dnlaw suggested to come to this place. Wow!! What excellent service and friendly staff not to mention the amazing job Elena did of my hair! She was so precise and very dedicated to making it exactly how I wanted it. I think she even made me feel skinnier when I left. Anyway I felt fabulously glamorous when I left. F.I’ve never got my hair done so this was my first time there today. The staff there were really awesome and had great customer service. I’m super happy with how my hair turned out, thanks to those ladies :) would highly recommend them.
