K.They were very helpful with booking the trailer I needed. They checked everything was working once it was connected. The return was as simple as the pickup.
Z.Hired a tractor, really good service I should say, Jordan briefed me on everything required and options available, I went back after about 3 weeks and she recollected what I had wanted to achieve which showed personal interest, good demonstration on the use of the equipment, on the return had some technical issues but Ash came over to my place to assist me wit this and also helped me when returning the equipment. I believe they have a great working culture and staff are super awesome. I would highly recommend Kennards Pukekohe over others.
B.I've hired a few things here for work. They've always been incredibly helpful, fast and efficient. They're also very well stocked with a huge variety of equipment that is well maintained. I've found them to be slightly cheaper than Hire Pool on most things but have better service.
P.I have hired a lot of machinery and trailers from here for work purposes on projects. The machines are always clean and tidy and have never let me down. There has only been one occasion where they did not have what I needed which is pretty good considering the sorts of things I ask for. Great and friendly team will help you with the equipment.
C.Rented a medium sized concrete breaker for 1 week, had to return it next day as it wasn't suitable for the job I had in mind.
The kennards team refunded unused days straight away,
I can't thank them enough for their fast efficient and customer focused service.
Excellent condition tools as well.
K.The staff were friendly and helpful, the equipment was average at best, hired a waterblaster for a day, first machine didn't go , they brought out a second machine, which also had a issues, we took it back and had it replaced with a huge machine that was heavy and hard to manuvere, we were only charged the smaller machine rate and were given a few more hours past the original hire time, again the staff were easy to deal with and very helpful.
A.Great place for all the tools and equipment you need to hire. A good range with plenty of stock, but best to always ring to confirm if they have the item in. Great staff, very helpful.
