For my own family, this place is great to entertain the kids however, my experience as a teacher and bringing students here, was vastly different to when my whānau are here. They seem to treat schools and teenagers differently to when I come here with my nieces and nephews.

Took my Grandson (13) and did the laser tag....loved it. Knackered afterwards though.... everything in one place. Mini golf, bowling alley trampolines and heaps of gaming machines.... fantastic fun.

Awesome staff great customer service we had fun highly recommended to anyone who is wanting to take the family out for fun helpful and my family enjoyed every moment of it so its a must visit to enjoy all the activities that's in there

Wow what an incredible place!!! We were spoilt for choice, I've never seen a place like this before. We did the gangsta escape room and got out 3 mins early. I throughly enjoyed it and can't wait to do another one.

This is a great place to entertain family. Be prepared to spend A LOT of money to have a good time. This is also the only downfall of this place. Great place to be entertained but very pricey to do anything there.

very well laid out, staff all friendly, lots of different things for everyone. chip munks was very clean and drinks were really nice, escape room by far my favourite, time zone good for the kids!

Plenty in here to do if you like bowling, indoor golf, kids trampolines, heaps of arcade type games and some escape in your fantasy type rooms. We stuck to the tried and true indoor bowls. Could have also stayed for a capuchino but weather was terrible so just wanted to head home.

We did the minigolf and the mafia escape room. Minigolf was pretty standard and had some fun holes and was good fun. The escape room however was really cool and a really good time. Would highly recommend.

First time here with my family and it was great! Went to the trampoline park for my boy, next minute I was bouncing around too! Nice atmosphere for kinds. Wishing we had a facility like this in auckland.

Had so much fun there, we will definitely be going back. If you haven't been here yet you have to. We did the dark ride vr gaming ride and escape rooms. Would love to have had more time for ten pin bowling and all the other stuff but next time we come back we'll make a day of it.

I've both worked here and been here as a customer. Lots of issues with upkeep of everything in the facility, needs work. I was surprised as it's still quite new, very expensive. Kids love the tramp park but that's it really. The machines in Time zone are often broken. Do better Motion.

It was great fun, we did the mini golf, and it was pretty interactive with the displays, had a fitting and well played out theme, and the service was pretty nice. We went for the bowling though on a wet day, and figured out pretty quick that bowling spots have to be booked on a wet day due to the sheer amount of people there. Overall a nice day to take your kids out and have a quick couple hours of fun. There are also many arcade machines and an interesting looking escape room that was part of the biggest escape room franchise in New Zealand.

What an awesome indoor adventure playground. So many activities under one roof. Kids had a blast!!! Definitely recommend. Especially on a rainy day

Fun place to go to, whether it's with family or friends. Many things to do, physical or easy going activities. Things include a trampoline park, mini golf, bowling, time zone and more. There is also a cafe in which you can eat at while you take a break. The place is not too far from the city centre, about 10 minutes drive, and pricing isn't too bad, so it is worth going to!

It was really fun but got to say it is a bit too expensive.

Grandkids had a great time playing the games but prizes won are NOT value for money. $50 spent for little return.

Was alright staff more interested in chatting to one another than serving, lots of food rubbish left at end of bowling lanes, clean otherwise, food a bit pricey

Claw machines are a hoax. Claws were loose or toys were too heavy. All other games were good. 3rd time in since I posted the above review. Got to make it fair for kids.

This was a really nice and fun place to hang out if you have kids or with friends.

Lota fun. Played the VR and 5D shooter. Definately worth a visit. They also have indoor tramp, ten pen bowling, laser tag and arcade.

Wow, this is like Extreme + VR room + Mini Golf + Escape room/hunt + chipmunk combined ! Can’t get this all in one place in Auckland. Definitely a must go place for families or group of friends. Can be a bit crowded especially during school holidays. Lots of parking spaces.

Fun place to go but expensive. Played laser tag but some of the vests were broken and couldn’t do up. I have no other laser tag to compare it with but I’d have thought for the price you pay that everything would be in working condition. Still had fun but probably wouldn’t choose to go there if it wasn’t for an occasion like we were there for.

Great space to keep kids entertained..... be ready for a big hole in the pocket though

VERY busy which was expected on a rainy Sunday. Staff theme seemed to impede their abilities to work.. perhaps promotion best used on quiet weekends? Disappointed no staff on the floor considering crowds.. we looked hard. Many issues with arcade games. I counted 8 not working before we gave up. Long cues and lines for everything due to only one till open, one person on prize counter, one person on till at cafe. No sanitizer at any of the games and empty pumps at entry. We realized our mistake to come on a rainy Sunday.

Such a great idea having everything under one building. Our group of 5 families went to jump, laser tag and timezone. Kids absolutely love it. premesis and toilets are clean too despite the amount of people through here in one day, staff I dealt with were great also

We always come here on our trips .kids love it trampoline. Arcade chipmunks hard to leave with out tears .

I'm only giving 5 stars because the service was great for all the games except the Ten pin bowling lane we had broke down 7 times and to get any help was mediocre.

Great place for people of all ages to come and enjoy a large variety of entertaining games and attractions. Perfect for school holidays and weekends but can be very busy. This place holds events throughout the year for occasions like Halloween. Can be costly for some of the activities but the arcade has deals on the first Sunday of every month and public holidays. Food and drink available to purchase at the onsite cafe and licensed bar.

Fantastic place with all you could need under one roof. It's a bit pricey though. Facilities clean. Everywhere throughout looks clean and tidy. Hand sanitizer everywhere you go. Definitely worth a visit!

Great olace to spent your time when the weather outside is bad or togi in a bigger group of friends to have some fun. We tried the bowling that was good and the virtual reality game was awsome. Next time we definitely want to go and try the laser game!

Pretty crowded and server was doing several jobs so the wait was long. I think 6-7 machines weren't working. Otherwise good value for 30 min of fun

Had a great afternoon here today, everything was clean and new. The trampoline area was great! And has a good variety of tramps, both long and short, obstacles, basketball hoop and more. The laser tag was brilliant. Bowling alleys were clean and smooth. Timezone had a great variety of machines (and they all worked). The food from the cafè was fantastic, the coffee was perfect, and the lady that served us was an absolute pleasure to have serve us. She made the experience for us. We got a mini pass that made the whole thing affordable. We'll be back to try the rest of the experiences

Fantastic place for kids younger and older alike. All sorts of entertainment. The games kept our 4 and 6 year old entertained for ages. It's like a casino for kids 😉

Great fun for the family with many activities, games to play and food to eat - fun all round. Can get busy and be quite expensive but it is a small price to pay when having fun!

I could have gone for 5 star but the place is always crowded. Lots of games and fun activities. Staff is really awesome not sure for the food section. Place is really cool to be a kid again 😛

Great place to take the kids or a great place to take a date this place had everything. Bowling, laser-tag, arcade games, VR experiences, chipmunks for the little ones, mini golf and had full passes that gave you great discounts on other activities.

Nice and crowded for a rainy day. Was good to see so many families having a good time. Nice and friendly staff, with plenty to do.

One of the better FEC in the country. Large venue with plenty of options for kids of all ages and young adults. Location is however slightly out of the way in Rotorua as it is a short drive out of the city centre.

Great night bowling with church family. And excellent locals price (2 games for price of 1 on a Wed). B nice to see that carry on permanently

I love this place because they offer a lot of games to play. Their cafe also served great food and beverages. The staff members are very friendly, they really like to interact with us. Recommended for individual, or even groups.

Awesome place to go. Spent hours there with the family. Only one issue was we got into laser tag only to have one of the vest/gun not work. So waste off money. Would still highly recommend this place.

The biggest thankyou to the kind man who carried my son and also the young man (staff) who wheeled him out toward our car. Sitting in A&E - Rotorua Hospital typing this. Minutes into enjoying the best part of timezone - trampoline - my 10yr-old misjudged his landing, (I didn't see as I had turned to check on my other child) no fault what so ever of the trampoline or anyone else. When I turned back he was gone from his spot and my grandson told me what happened. I immediately responded. My concern! There is no wheel chair/access availability. The young lady attending my son ignored him when he tried to point me out and she was more concerned in getting the incident report filled than the injury. Please young lady, do not instruct a mother/grandmother on the steps that need to be followed re: care of injury or how to go about it. We were refunded in full, and for that, again, thankyou.

Great fun for the whole family! There's so much to do here, but it's pretty darn pricey. Expect to blow an easy $200-300 for a family of four in a couple of hours, but you'll enjoy doing it. Inside you'll find crazy golf, lazer tag, an escape room, a trampolining experience, kids zone, arcade and a cafe / bar which serves big portions, but mediocre food. Minus one star for being expensive, the quality of the food and for the staff not giving my child a box of sweets when they were one ticket short - I mean come on everyone knows the arcade things are a total rip off, one bloody ticket?!

Definitely lots of "Motion" and "Entertainment" there but I doubt that families, who have a lot of small children, would be able to experience the full enjoyment of it as the activities there are quite pricey - particularly for children 5 years and under.

I love this place however it's quite pricy. The food is very nice here too

Went bowling, nice clean facility, lousy service and our lane kept faulting, wanted to get food but only one cook on and couldn't cater to our group due to numbers

We only played mini golf - which was great fun - but the premises are large and hold a variety of amusements for people of all ages. Very friendly staff.

We only went on the tamps, but who ever came up with the location of this place needs there heads checked, no car parks, had to drive around waiting, even to go to other shops where none. Glad we dont go there offen.

We went there on a rainy day and it was very busy ,booking is essential if you want to do most activities there.

This is great for visitors who don't come from a big city. Prices are as expected look out for discounts and the place is not often over crowded.

Having motion here is really cool for a good time and a fun experience. I recommend motion because they have a variety of games for all sorts of people and a great place for the kids to play while the adults do big things.

The best entertainment centre I have been too. Better than any auckland entertainment centre. High recommend for a good time and fun with the kids and adults.

The Escape room is really good!!!, also prices are a lot cheaper than I thought they would be... also a great place to take a group of people the more you take the less it costs.

This place is good for people of all ages as you have a good choice of games to choose from they are well layed out it has a place set aside for you to sit and rest have a drink or something to eat . The have clean well layed out toilet area.

Gets very busy when wet or school holidays. Prices are pretty high and adds up at the end of the day. Need more activities to get me back.

This place is great for kids and most especially on wet days! I took my nieces and they both loved the trampoline park. Next time they're here maybe we'll check out the escape rooms and bowling!

We went for mini golf and tbh it was really enjoyable compared to other courses i have been in. This place has almost everything from lazer tag to bowling and a few rides and attractions!

Great place for kids indoor entertainment

Only went to chipmunks but it was a blast daughter loved it! Highly recommend but no adults on the gear even with their kids! My daughter is very young and needs help to go down big slides etc but otherwise fantastic

Great place, really impressed with the mini golf, there's lots in the building but it doesn't feel busy or too much. Well laid out, easy to spend a lot of money there.

An awesome day out for the family, so much to see and do. The only downside is it is very expensive.

Cool arcade place which includes other large activities such as minigolf and trampoline. Mini golf place is themed and well worth the money. Clean and tidy.

Great entertainment on a rainy day. But prepare to part with lots of $$$$. First time we had to wait to get into a Chipmunks, as was super busy during holidays.

Cool....but pricy rates...not for average wage earners. Halve your prices and tripple the people turn over...probably spend more on food too then.

We went for a couple games of bowling. Nice, clean modern place which is fairly cheap.

Awesome to have so much different entertainment and activities in one building. I loved that there is a chipmunks where I could take my 2 little ones as well as thing for me and my partner to do as well as activities for us to do as a family we caught it on a good day and got some pretty sweet deals. If you don't catch those deals and you go and have your children your gonna need a fair bit of money because they are going to wanna do everything

Very fun place with mini golf bowling arcades and more. One of the better mini golf courses out there. Didn't like the hard sell by the old guy at the vr games. Was going to try it until he spoke our ear's off.

An amazing and lovely place to hang out with friends and family. It has a large Trampoline park that's suitable for all ages. Other facilities like laser tag, escape room, bowling etc are also state of the art and amazing place to spend your time. Well worth the price of admission.

Amazing place. So many fun activities. But pricing is pretty steep. Superpass for $120 makes it more expensive than rainbows end, the gas to get there,and a hambuger on the way.

Wow This place is sooooo cool . We came for a birthday party. There is Something for everyone. Mini golf , arcade, kid playground, escape rooms. If we lived in Rotorua we would be here all the time! Staff are friendly and there is heaps of parking . Great opening hours too ! Will definitely return when we are able

Must go to the dark ride ! We did all the rides make sure you take your friends along for more fun. Great for kids and adults. The trampoline was fun as well. Wanted to try laser tag but wouldn't have been fun with out a few more people.

Great for a rainy afternoon (or day, if you can afford it!). Really new, clean, spacious and heaps of activities for literally all ages. We (4 adults) played some mini golf and had a go at one of the escape rooms, awesome fun.

Had an amazing time rides panic room all awesome waiting time for food a big problem when booked for rides system they had going didn't work.nor make sense seemed like a muck around staff on all rides amazing
