Hi i just want to thank the team at Need A Part especially Blake Simpson. I needed a whisk for my old Kenwood and ordered it on Wednesday, but forgot the extra part. They sorted me out and actually saved me quite a bit of money. The part wasn't expensive but fishpond, and amazon were going to charge a heck of a lot more. Not to mention I would've been waiting months to get it. Thanks to Need a Part, my order was updated on Thursday and both pieces arrived on Friday. What great service!!! Speedy and Super Efficient!!! Had a ergorapido Electrolux and needed an attachment to do the car was quick and easy to get a response back to make sure I was buying the right product for my machine. Clearly detailed signs saying that this product had to be ordered in and would take a week, good communication of when the product was at the store and shipped to my house. Had an accident with my Sony PS-HX500 Turntable Counter Weight and could not use my turntable without purchasing a new one. Sony UK directed me to their authorised supplier who showed the part as being over £133, which considering you can get a brand new PS-HX500 for £300 is excessive for a bit of metal and plastic. I queried the price with the company and they confirmed that £133+ was indeed the actual price of the item and at that point I considered scraping the whole unit and buying something else. However after sifting through a Google search I found Need A Part in New Zealand who quoted me around £37.50 inclusive of shipping to the UK for the very same genuine Sony part and saving me £100 in the process. It’s only taken around 3 weeks from ordering for the part to arrive and my turntable is back to like new. Outstanding service from start to finish and definitely a company that puts the customer first no matter where you order from.

Had a breakage in the vacuum cleaner carpet head and had been holding the head together with tape for weeks. I couldn’t find a retail store and I hadn’t heard of Need a Part. I only discovered it on the internet by accident. I couldn’t get satisfaction from any of the usual local stores etc eg - Bunnings, and the like so I contacted Need a Part by telephone. Within minutes a member of the company sent me an introductory email complete with telephone number. I rang them and was guided through the steps I needed to take to purchase a replacement piece. A staff member sent a message within minutes advising me that a replacement piece was on its way by courier. Details of the couriers package were relayed in three emails that day.and lo and behold the following morning the package arrived at my home. That’s all what I call service. I would recommend ‘Need a Part’ to anyone who might be looking to purchase on line. You might find the part you are needing with them.
