Really nice picturesque area. White sand, clear water, clean/well maintained changing/restrooms & great playground with basketnall court....what's not to love about this area. Nicely spread out too so you shouldn't be too close to other beach goers.

Great place for the children to have some fun, which is what it is all about. Life is hard enough today, so it is good to have some places safe for them to go without fear of traffic. Nice to see kids running around outside, and just being kids, instead of sitting around on the computer games.

Cool playground with flying fox, swings, roundabout, climbing wheel, little kids bit and more! Place to park your campervan for the night, nice beach and the toilets just got renovated! Picnic benches make a nice spot to come and have fish and chips or watch the sunrise and a big space to run around and play sports!

Snells beach relaxing, can take kids bikes along walkway while enjoying the sea view. Park is cool too. They have two along the walk way

Excellent place to stay in a campervan for a couple of nights freedom camping. Waterfront location. Reasonable toilets. Quite at night with a few others enjoying the freedom camping. Well worth the short trip off State Highway 1.

Lovely little playground at the beach with swings, a toddler appropriate slide and some other climbing/spinning installations. Plenty of well kept lawn and some picnic tables around.

This is a very nice a and well equipped playground. It has toilets nearby and a public gas bbq. I would recommend to go with high tide if you also want to enjoy the sea. Very safe for children. Although it can get very windy in the afternoon.

Nice beach to stop and have lunch from the campervan. Also freedom camping but we didn't stay. Toilets look cute with the mosaics but need a thorough clean. Walking path by the beach seems popular.

Lovely space. We missed the playground, to avoid objections & upset from our 4-year old grandie when it was time to leave. We've earned that even an hour isn't long enough!

This is a beautiful location and safe for families. This beach is very tidal but has some other great facilities. At the beach is a great playground with half basketball court and flying fox. Mobile campers can park free for the night but must be self reliant. No restroom facilities available overnight.

So much including an unexpected all join in game of touch. We visited Snells Beach playground and wat he'd the kids play on the equipment happily for an hour. We then started to toss the ball around which turned into a full 6 a side touch game where all visitors happily joined in. Was a great day and the park provided the grass and play equipment.

This is a nice park, the only reason i gave it four stars is that the freedom campers always take up the parking spots. Toilets are average clean, but the locals are always friendly. toddler and dog friendly environment.

Located near the beach at Snells Beach. Flying Fox and other sturdy equipment provided. Toilets nearby, plenty of roadside parking. Shops at the top of the road Inc The Warehouse. Boatramp on site. Bbq's available. Safe swimming beach for kids at high tide. Mature trees to avoid sun along Foreshore. Nice views towards Kawau. Alcohol Free Zone.

Lovely stop place. Well kept. Nice murals pn changing rooms and toilet. Has tap and bbq. Great views and supersafe shallow and warm water. If tide out a looong walk to water. Could do with more for older kids.
