Highly recommend Appliance Repairs Tauranga Ltd Ⓡ Great Service Agents for all whiteware appliance servicing they repiar our Bosch washing machine and Fisher & Paykel DishDrawer DD and Fisher & Paykel Dryer and Fisher & Paykel Stove and Fisher & Paykel fridge-freezer we use then for 18 years. Very friendly and professional team, we are very happy with them. also we had other bad experiences with other whiteware repairs companys in Tauranga

Over the past 10 years or so we've had Five Star Appliances repair various appliances on at least 4 occasions (dishwasher twice, our previous washing machine once and our current one once). On each occasion I've felt entirely comfortable having the service repair person in our home. No reservations about that. Each time I've found the person to be respectful, pleasant, easy to communicate with and focussed on the job. On each occasion they've repaired the appliance so that we've had many more years service from that appliance. We will continue to use Five Star to repair our appliances because we find them easy to communicate with, pleasant, conscientious, honest and reliable.

Efficient and friendly service. I called up at 7am on a Sunday morning to see if my oven could be fixed that day. Not only was the oven fixed, but the technician also sorted an internal leak in my washing machine. I was pleased that there were no additional costs for the work being carried out on the weekend. Nice work.

First time customer, Highly recommend- I was very impressed with the efficiency, patience, and customer service of Hamish. The company called me the same day I made an online enquiry to fix my Fisher and Paykel fridge/ freezer, Hamish turned up on time and was very particular and efficient with the work he did. He was polite and very professional. He even did a 2nd job that I hadn't previously mentioned on the phone that, even though it was 1 spring, took a lot of patience and his time (nearly 45min). Wowser. Rang in the morning, had someone there in the afternoon. Lovely man, really friendly, we chatted while he fixed my freezer within 20 mins (I'd thought the freezer was doomed). He is a trouble shooter and dedicated to finding solutions to problems where others give up if the problems too hard. He has worked for me on my property and I’m more than happy with his work and would always recommend him to family, friends and acquaintances.
