S.Extremely lovely bloke, our car battery died on holiday and he was happy to help us out. Gave us an incredible price and replaced the battery in about 10 minutes. Great service and was done with a smile, could not recommend more!

S.Amazing service from the guys at BayBat. Having phoned the company during the week to say we were coming to Tauranga & would like our campervan battery checked, they willingly took on what turned out to an enormous task. Including taking out the driver's seat - even to get to the battery in order to test it - & then replacing our failing unit with a suitable replacement. Two guys: an hour & a half of difficult labour & they still maintained their sense of service, and humour. As I say, wonderful service & thank you to both of you.

L.Excellent service! My car battery was completely flat on Sunday and I had to take my daughter back to Hamilton. I phoned the Bay Batteries after hours mobile number. The man was in Rotorua, but on his return came out to my car and replaced the battery which I really appreciated. Very friendly, efficient and helpful, highly recommended!
