C.Buddy is a big chocolate lab and is on a regular 6 week service and very happy .Pets by Design look and handle Buddy with care even though he’s a big boy lol
T.Such a great service, was able to fit us in last minute and so knowledgeable of what our little mini shnauzer needed for the first haircut. Highly reccomend! :)
M.Excellent Groomers. My miniature Schnauzer was a mess when we took him in. Matting from getting in the garden and sticky weeds stuck in his fur. No extra charge was incurred unlike other groomers i've used so I appreciated that. They also took him today even though I had misheard on the phone and he wasn't actually booked in for another 7 days. Very good service and he looks absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend.
R.Fantastic service. I took my cat in and she returned fluffy brushed well and smelling pretty. Apparently she gave them her grumpy look but that's her normal face lol.
They did an awesome job and I recommend them to all.
Once again brilliant service from the awesome staff. Just a quick clip of my sister's dogs nails this time. Thank you so much again highest recommendation.

K.Just picked Sammi and Bella up from yet another fantastic groom. They always do such a great job and are always so helpful. Would highly recommend them. My parent's bring their wee dog all the way over from Waihi as they love the service at Pet's By Design.
C.Took our pomeranian in for her Spring groom and having been quite ill I have not managed to brush her as often as I'd like to have. Jill was wonderful and Tiffany has returned home in her spendour. Jill took time to explain that there were some knots and how to brush them out. Tiffany love's going there and always prances around aftern she's had her treatment. Jill is very professional and know's what she's doing and once again I'm really pleased with the result.
C.I bought in a clients dog Mesha who is a 10yr old Samoyed x Finnish and very matted. Normally it would have been a shave down job but I’m not the owner and it’s winter so I couldn’t give permission for that but Jill and Andrea managed to work a miracle and by the time they were done Mesha was matted fur free, clean, sweet smelling and beautiful. I was so amazed that they were able to get the coat back to being the way they did. They really do deserve 200 out of 5 stars
G.have a regular groom here for sophie my pomeranian every 6 weeks..always so a great job..highly recommended
M.I have a deaf dog; Buddy who went to 3 different groomers before I met Jill and staff, They are the only ones who can handle Buddy and the grooming is fantastic.
Buddy is relax when he comes home, before with the other groomers it took Me a few days to get Buddy to eat and play again.
He eats his bowl empty and played straight away after I pick him up.
THANK YOU JILL FOR ALL YOU ARE DOING FOR BUDDY.

P.We always bring our tiny Maltese dog Cassie over from Waihi for a groom and are so happy with the way she is trimmed and cared for.
W.Jill did a great job grooming Rusty,coat and nails done.Pointed out he had a small patch of skin infection that I wasn't aware of.
a.Great friendly staff who deliver excellent grooms. If you can give them a good description of what you want they can do it. And at a great price
