Great staff. Got free games. A space for the whole family fun night bowling.

We are frequent users of tenpin and absolutely love the customer service, the food and just the whole vibes. Today the girl in charge of the laser tag from 5pm today was rude and that is the reason for the 1 less star. However if we didn’t come across this today it would be 5 stars. All the guys and most girls who work there are lovely.

Cool place! Cool atmosphere in the bowling alley. Staff members are friendly and helpful. They have a pizza bar with a great variety of pizza and of course some chips! We really enjoyed ourselves even though it was very busy! Really cool arcade games to play. Highly recommend for kids or even a couple having a cheeky date.

Well maintained lanes and machines. Clean premises considering the high volume of daily visitors. Friendly and helpful staff- we were assisted within 1 minute of hitting the buzzer. Good facilities, toilets were clean and well serviced. Reasonably priced games all round. Ample parking. Unique arcade + payment + prize system. There's also a pool table and an air hockey table if that's your style. Incredibly affordable and surprisingly tasty food from the pizzeria. They even have flippin' Laser Tag!! Couldnt ask for more. Highly Recommended for hours of fun filled distraction in the heart of the city. Very child friendly. Good for large groups or small.

Great entertainment venue. Pool tables look like they have had a tidy up. Bowling lanes are great, and a recent addition of an expanded Gaming Arcade caps it off. Some of the Gaming machines are a bit older, but staff were great when we complained about one in particular (stopped working on us).

A great place for family. Took my two nephew down from Auckland. They absolutely loved the games & Laser Force. Down for Xmas & guess where they want to go...

Good fun when you go with your family. If you are the competitive guy than bring your own ball. There is also an arcade for kids and pokiez for people who want it.

We went on Saturday evening, and found it very busy. When trying to get a lane to have a game or two, we were told "sorry booked out". OK, fine.... but 3 lanes were unused for the 1.5hrs that we did stay playing the games etc they had there. Why couldnt we have used those for a game ??? Apart from that, place seems well setup for an evening out of family fun and good atmosphere. Maybe next time we'll actually get to play 10 pin :)

Great Vibe with thr music and lights. It looks like they have upgraded their seats which is good. They were a boy broken before. Great to see other games in the building as well! Whoohoo, Great Tauranga Entertainment.

Great place to take the family or friends

Had an amazing family outing here. atmosphere was awesome, friendly staff, always a smile on their faces. A wonderful arcade there for our children, while we were playing tenpin, also pool tables, and of course pokies machines for the adults awesome place to come with family and relax.

Nice friendly well run family oriented place.Easy access. Plenty of parking. Fun parlour for extra fun for the kids. Very clean toilets. Incorporates a hand made Pizza cafe which is an absolute hidden gem of Tauranga.

Great place to have a fun night out with friends or enjoy team building with your colleagues. Very clean and well maintained facility.

Good fun cheap place to entertain the kids looking forward to bumper cars

We booked for a large group (45) earlier in the week. The team called the morning to confirm tge booking which was awesome. By the time we all arrived there were only about 30 of us. The girls took care of us really well, processed the payments easy. Were kind and patient the entire time. Our games were great no muck ups. 100% recommend this place for small or large groups. We will be back.

Great central location. Easy to find and customer carpark on site. Friendly staff behind the counter who explained the different bowling options and were very helpful with setting up an arcade card for my child. We felt hungry so ordered some pizza from avenue pizza inside and it was delicious. What a great place to come for some family fun.

Love to play bowling at Tenpin Tauranga, staff are helpful and friendly.

Game was good. However they didn't have enough staff on to deal with the demand and where very unorganised when it came to the party that was booked. No where to site as restaurant was full so ended up having to put us in the conference room out the back. I would suggest that next time they have a table reserved if a party is arranged.

Always a good way to spend an evening out with a few friends. Friendly staff, good vibe, tons of arcade machines and a few pool tables as well as an adult gaming lounge. Plenty of parking available regardless how busy they are but being a popular spot it may be difficult getting a few lanes without booking in advance

Pretty good, although quite a few of the bowling balls were pretty knackered and most of the pool tables had no chalk. But we had a good time and the staff seemed pretty friendly. Bowling shoes all seemed pretty new and they had lots of new looking arcade games.

It's ok but no Pizza

My grandsons got to go to laser force and when they got out were able to go bowling immediately. Great service, well done.

Great place to take the family or friends

Great place to go bowling with the family, make sure that get get there early because it fills up really quickly. Staff are easy to talk to over the phone so are good when booking a birthday party, also sell beverages and pizza so you don't have to worry about going hungry!

Fantastic bowling alley! The new interactive lanes (clutch bowling) are awesome, you won’t find them at any other alley in NZ. The staff are super inviting and the atmosphere is great. Would highly recommend buying a pizza at Avenue Pizza while you’re there too!

Great night of family fun

The added arcade is an awesome feature but the walk way to get their is a bit uninviting. I think it would be used more if the entrance to it was more inviting and simple to access instead of having to start your walk to going inside the arcade by the counter. Seems to have this strange walk way going into there.

Haven't been in about 4 years, and the improvements are amazing! Great arcade selection(some were offline when I went, and some ate the tokens though), friendly staff. I did find it was Abit loud as I couldn't hear anyone talking over the music. Even with these things, still had a great time!

Great facility, friendly staff. Enjoyed our bowling experience, little hard to find but google maps sorts that :) Will be back!

Fun night for family

Had my son's bday party there. It's a great alternative if you're looking for some where a bit cheaper to cater the bday. The kids have fun, both bowling and playing the game machines and the food provided is satisfactory.

Great staff. Good place to chill and have a few laughs. This is great for league bowlers or social occasions. They have a large timeout zone and a Cafe if you need a bite to eat.

Awesome game and a bit gaming too

Great place to take the kids on a rainy day but man its expensive. $23 for one game for one adult and one child. Have 2 games and you may as well pay an extra $4 and have the lane for 1hr for 50 bucks. Maybe they're just trying to be as expensive as Event Cinemas 😣

Tenpin was 10/10 awesome, the arcade on the other hand was 👎👎 don't waste your money at the arcade, really bad quality games, a lot of them don't even work properly even the VR quality was bad.

Tebpin bowling is fun and enjoyable to play with the kids. I recommend taking younger children to have more fun.

There was a school event and we had a bit of a wait to bowl so they gave us half price and a $10 spin at the arcade. Absolute GC's. Truely care about the customer.

We love Ten Pin Tauranga! A+ rating from us. We always have a fun time. My two sons are a part of the 'Future Stars League'. Huge support from staff and coaches for children to have a fun and enjoyable time. Staff make you feel like family and are so welcoming. We have used this venue for birthdays and it is now our family local. Huge Thank you to Team Tenpin Tauranga for all you do. Looking forward to our next game.

Cool bowling alley but need more staff on as were only two who looked pretty flustered (with good reason) as a busy friday. Would be great if u could get more lighting in your carparks around side as my child fell and hurt herself not seeing where she was going. Also abit scary as a mum with kids after dark! Thanks :-) will be back!

My partner and I joined "have a ball" league on Mondays and we love it, great price great fun and free bowling ball at the end of the league.

They overcharged us, and then got snotty when we called them on it and asked to be reimbursed the excess. Made us wonder how many other people they do the same to.

Ten Pin is actually pretty cool, theres Bowling, an arcade, pokies and a Cafe with yummy food. You can even have your birthday here, they have birthday deals too.
