What can I say, normally I don't write reviews, but for Western Bay Hire I just had to. Super friendly and helpful team, affordable and reasonable rates for equipment. I booked a couple of equipment and requested a trailer (which they offered as a complimentary), and found everything ready for me as soon as I got there. Good equipment, and the team ran through the instructions for me. When returning, the team greeted me and quickly unhooked the trailer from my car, and the return process was complete. Services like this are rare nowadays. From now on, this is going to be my permanent one-stop shop.. goodbye Hirepool! Highly recommend all to support this local business who goes out of their way to help people with a smile. Keep up the good work Western Bay Hire!

Very impressed with the service at Western Bay Hire. I hired a trencher which I managed to get stuck in the trench I had just dug and they came out with an excavator and helped get it out. Awesome Cheers for that. Will definitely use again and highly recommend to everyone.

Good staff and they are helpful, for example they told me the equipment I was hiring required a 15amp plug rather than a standard mains plug and asked if I had the means to power it. Also give a good run down of the equipment
