K.Blown away by the customer service here, the guy behind the counter was so very friendly and helpful.
I went in just to browse and ended up getting a spare car key cut for under $10.
Not only is that cheap it got added into the system so if I ever lose it again, it's only $18 for a new one, rather than the $600 I was quoted by AA should I ever get locked out.
Recommending all my mates get a spare key from here.
E.Yesterday I managed to broke the only car key that I had. Instead of 1 key I had 4 shattered pieces and some parts were probably missing.
I googled places around Wellington CBD and find this place. It was 5 minutes till 5 PM. I came there and the guy was so professional that he managed to create replacement based on the shambles of my old key. I was saved from necessity to call technical help and pay for it. Will totally recommend.

The saying goes, first impression are lasting impression. Having worked in retail for 30 plus years, always put a smile on you dial even when answering the phone. Listen to your customers requirements and know your business + product knowledge.
Right off the bat Danny came across as if he knew what, when & where. After hearing our problem Danny had the technician on his way job priced and what seemed liked no time flat job was done and a very grateful son.
Now that was TWO YEARS AGO.
