L.I have only been to On & Off Wellington a few times but every time I have loved how my eyebrows turn out. Teagan is amazing at what she does and always love my experience with her!
B.All the staff at Off & On are fantastic but I want to give a special shout-out to Emilie. She is the sweetest girl I have ever met, I love chatting with her. She's so passionate about her job and loves her colleagues and the off & on business, and her love of this shows in her work. I try to always book with her but understandably she is POPULAR! I've had some terrible brow artists in the past and now I know I can just sit back and relax
