Ben is awesome. My Bosch front loader washing machine door broke. I phoned Ben and he ordered me a new one and thankfully it was in stock. He ordered it on the Monday and by Wednesday it was installed. Great service as always. I've had Ben come out to fix my appliances now for many years. He's very reliable, honest and punctual. Ben has also on many occasions given me advice over the phone, on my other appliances that needed attention. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Bed:) He's great.

Superb service. From start to finish, this was one of those rare experiences of magnificent service, with competency to match. Help me all the way from getting to understand the issue, determine fix, quote and repair. All the while Ben was accessible, moved the job along quickly without any concerns at all. Happy to recommend them.

Ben is a true professional, great service would 100% recommend Ben with out hesitation. He was on time completed the repair and left everything clean and tidy..

Called Ben to arrange a time for him to come round and fix our dishwasher. Ben diagnosed our problem over the phone and gave some useful advice for maintaining our dishwasher (don't use dishwasher cleaner, its a waste of money and actually harms your machine). The dishwasher is working again and I didn't pay him a cent. Amazing service.

Ben is a miracle worker. The oven manufacturer couldn't supply a replacement element as they were no longer being made. Ben found one that fitted (with some adjustment) and an oven that we were about to throw away is now running as well as it ever did!

Excellent prompt service. The text letting me know when to expect Ben was really appreciated. He quickly sorted out the problem with my dishwasher and I am very happy. This is the second time I have used Apple Appliances and I wholeheartedly recommend them.

The underwire of a bra got stuck on the outside of the drum of my washing machine. Ben came around and eventually with some No. 8 wire (Literally) thinking managed to retrieve it. Very helpful with information of washing machine filter cleaning as well as my dryer. Very efficient, clean, tiday and very friendly. Excellent service and would highly recommend.

Thoroughly recommend Apple Appliances . Ben came to look at our dishwasher that had stopped working . I called him around 8 in the morning and he was round roughly 3 hours later. Diagnosed the problem and set about fixing it after explaining why it had happened and how we could avoid a repeat performance. He also discovered that it was connected to our hot water instead of cold and explained that this was not the best for the dishwasher but that we would need a plumber to change it. (which he also explained the ins and outs of) Ben was reliable, friendly and knowledgeable and we were very happy with the level of service we received. Thanks Ben.

Very happy with the service given by Ben. Have used Apple Appliances before and never an issue with jobs done nor communications. Gave good advice about how to maintain washing machine to ensure it stays in good condition and also gave advice on caring for dish-washer (which was not requiring service). Ben sent a text telling of his pending arrival - appreciate this.

Fast and efficient, Ben was great. Super approachable, friendly. Reasonably priced as well. Even though in the end he couldn't find anything wrong with our washing machine, he still tried everything to figure it out. Would happily call him again if anything goes wrong, and am passing on his info to other people. Thanks Ben!

Highly recommend Ben and Megan of Apple Appliances. 2nd time using them. Not only do you get a top quality service of the appliances, Ben takes the time to explain how to use everything properly to get the most out of the features on them, and make them last longer, all in plain english. Service is always friendly, quick, well priced and high quality. Excellent advice you can trust for any replacements needed. Also they have some great tech things like tracking the van to your place, easy rescheduling if needed, and mobile eftpos and email invoicing. Wouldn't use anyone else. A++

Fast and efficient service. The technician knew from experience what the problem could be, guessed correctly, and fixed the pump starter with part on site. All done with no fuss, and by a respectful and polite serviceman (Ben). Eftpos on-site, invoice sent, receipt given - world class service in NZ, very refreshing. My faith is restored, thank-you

Excellent service. I would highly recommend this company. Ben is friendly, very knowledgeable and efficient. He not only fixed my dishwasher but gave me some much needed tips to improve the performance of the dishwasher, thank you!

Good prompt service. They came within 2 days at the time they said they would, and fixed my F&P Fr/Fr. If I had booked through F&P, it would've taken 1-2 weeks and they schedule it in for 8-12am, or 1-5pm, so I'd be sitting around waiting for ages. Charged $150. Thanks heaps.

I was super impressed with Apple Apliances. I record a text telling me the technician would be with me in 55mins, and 54 mins later he showed up! Ben was incredibly knowledgable and gave me heaps of advice on how to keep our dishwasher performing optimally once he had repaired it. I would definitely use this company again and recommend to others.

I had a busted Dishwasher and enquired about having it repaired. Within the week, a technician was sent out to take a look at the problem and once it was identified, they provided two options, one more cost effective solution and the other to repair back to its full functionality. The technician explained the benefits of both and once the decision was made, he was back here within a week to complete the job. Great service, and we appreciated the honesty around cost options and what was essential vs. nice to have. Highly recommend Apple Appliances.

Ben has been out to help me with 3 Appliances in recent months. I have been so impressed both times with - great tracking system so I know where he is and when he will arrive - he arrived within the promised timeframe - he went to greater lengths to fix my fridge vege drawer than I would have expected, and added to my own knowledge of this appliance and - added significant value each time by giving me tips on maintaining my appliances- even ones he hadn’t come to fix. Megan booked me in promptly and efficiently in a very friendly manner and Ben arrived well within the given timeframe. He found the problem very quickly. Having previously worked in this industry I know it is always hard to please everyone so it's not an easy/positive environment but Ben and Megan were very impressive.
