M.Awesome fun had from all our staff during our staff function. Clean and tidy. ActionZone Staff we're awesome.
One staff member awesome with communication to smiles and just a good laugh and she was always making sure everything was clean and customer's were happy,

J.Great entertainment... More so over that on our last visit we've been offer a full plater of fried delicacy... And from an arcade point of view, well... Don't do it for these... Lets be honest: they're a rip off... Better to stay home and play on your old console from 1994...
L.Came here for a staff Xmas function. Catered well to our party of 24. We had a great time, without feeling like we had overtaken the place. Great being able to get snacks and drinks while we played. Great fun, a heck of a work out, and great team building.
T.Nice place to go with the family to do something out of the rain. Awesome customer service, quick with checking masks and vax passes. Staff were very quick and thorough with tidying up after customers had existed
j.Went for my soms Birthday on Saturday a great place .first started with Lazor tag, then bowling and then arcade to play a couple of games, offordable activities to do. My son had a ball. Well be back.

M.Good fun, lots of lanes. Parking available on site. Food and drink available to purchase - including alcohol. Lanes are a bit prone to faults but staff are quite prompt to get things going again. In the same premises is Laser strike which is great fun for the kids, not recommended so much for middle aged, overweight Dads! Good place for corporate fun evening.

N.Had a great time, though by all faults of my own my baby fell in her seat and cut open her chin, the staff were there helping me 100% gave me a refund so I could her her to white cross where she was perfectly fine. And ended up coming back afterwards with her father and grandpa.. Had a platter and a wine. Yum. Clean tidy place good music, def going back!

I have loved every experience I've had at ActionZone Entertainment Centre but last night was extra amazing!
Not only was the bowling, the arcade games, and the food extremely good but I am very thankful for the incredible staff; Caydence, Stevie, and Jai who looked after our two big groups, and everyone there on another level. They were extremely professional, kind, fun, welcoming, and genuinely just did everything it took to make sure every person there was enjoying themselves!
I am blown away and will definitely be going back more than I already do! I would recommend to anyone in Whangarei to head along for the best time!

J.Great customer service, the staff were warm and welcoming to myself and my family. The kids loved were treated not only a great game of bowling but also a large arcade area filled with video games and chances to win prizes. Whilst we waited for out amazing platter of delightful goodies. Definitely will be returning for another family outting.

a.Had a great time at actionzone today for my sons birthday. The staff were super helpful and patient with our rowdy bunch of nine year old boys.

J.Came here on Friday and had heaps of fun. Great service especially from the boy Issac, he was super helpful and nice. Definitely going to come here again
L.Great place where the staff are friendly and helpful. One downer is that the pokeys do detract from it having a nice family atmosphere. Update: I had a 5 year old birthday party there and asked for the food to be catered as you can't bring your own food in. All that was offered was deep fried food and I had to push hard for the fruit platter. I paid $16.50 per child and had to settle for a small amount of hot chips and a fruit platter. At least I was able to bring the cake in and the kids still had fun. If you're having a party here, push for healthier food and maybe they may change their menu due to customer demand. 😁

A.Very good lazertag and bowling
V.Air conditioning makes it all worth while and more enjoyable. You can enjoy a nice game of bowling and if you are finding that your ball is rolling down the side you can ask the staff to put up the side walls for you. After your game you could have a nice lunch with chicken, fish, and chips and a drink. Ice cream is also available there. Then there are games you can play, some of them give you tickets as rewards and if you get enough tickets you can choose a prize of your own from the box at the counter. It really is worthwhile and you can also play laser force for your birthday or special occasions.

N.We went for the arcade, which was a tad on the small side. Big bowling alley though which seemed popular. Bit on the dirty side and for the amount of employees, service wasn't the best.

A.We attended a staff social event and had a very enjoyable evening. Staff were efficient and friendly. Premises were clean and tidy. A great place for group events as everyone can participate.
H.Yeah it's pretty decent, balls are a bit scuffed but that's just from wear and use and people not bowling right. The pool table renting thing is absolutely stupid though. It should be $2 per game, not $6 per half hour.

N.The bowling machines were mucking up and our group had to keep switching lanes while they fixed them, so instead we played lazer tag, that was fun and kind of made up for it.
